The room is clean and comfortable to stay in. Basic toiletries are provided. One downside is that the lift is very slow. Parking is RM5 per entry.

I stayed at Scarlet Suites KLCC for 4 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After the second night, both my partner and I woke up with multiple itchy bites that were later confirmed by the hotel staff to be bedbug bites. While the hotel did offer to move us to another room, the issues did not end there. The replacement room had water dripping from the toilet ceiling, and the upholstered headboard cushion above the bed was visibly stained. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. We raised our concerns with management, but the only compensation offered was a late checkout and a complimentary future stay. Frankly, this made very little sense to us. After experiencing bedbugs during our stay, why would we feel comfortable returning to the same hotel? Bedbugs are a serious issue for any accommodation provider and can have a significant impact on guests long after they check out. Even now, I am still dealing with the itchiness and discomfort from the bites. While I appreciate that the hotel attempted to address the situation by changing our room, I felt that the overall handling of the incident and the compensation offered did not adequately reflect the severity of the problem. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Overall, a very good stay as the locationbis strategically at the centre of the bustling city, with great views and beautiful night lights. The stay was comfortable as everything is complete in the room. Very satisfied guest.

It's okay apartment ☺️ but the bed was too small for my husband, we need king bed sized. It's walking away to Petronas twin tower but it's too long waiting for lift and not friendly staff at reception. I didn't try the swimming pool because it was always full of people. Perhaps I was came in the wrong time when long holiday occurred in Malaysia. It's holiday from 30 may to 2 June 2026, so

A lot of style over substance unfortunately. Let’s start with cleanliness, my room was clean but there was some damage to the walls. This is ok but should really be seen to as they are describing this place as premium. Location also fine, but a little bit more out of the way than I would have liked, it is around 20~ minutes walk to the nearest subway, though there are restaurants around the area which are quite nice. Service I was almost tempted to give this place a 1 on service but actually the door guards and the staff on my check out were really nice. The problem with service here like others have pointed out are the day staff, rude, unwelcoming and frankly not great, I had left messages and called ahead to say I would be at the hotel early as my flight arrived very early, I was still charged the early check in fee for the “convenience” even though the room was made and no one was there at all. It wouldn’t be a problem, however the number they give you to call in every instance doesn’t work, and then pass the blame saying they should have been WhatsApped, sorry but this isn’t good enough on the service point. Especially at what is meant to be 4* tier. Amenities are ok, it was nice to have a shop downstairs and all the staff in the shop were good people. Nothing really in the room to wow, a toothbrush and that’s it really. Shampoo is fixed to the wall, so if you want to take advantage of that big bath and wash your hair, well.. you can’t. Now some other points on what I have seen here. Just to echo other customers. It is LOUD at night, and bright, my room was facing another block where the light from their sign poured in until about 5am. How do I know this? Well at this establishment in the 4. Ig hrs I stayed my sleep was so bad that I never actually for over the jet lag. Their walls are paper thin, every night was some new flavour of noise, whether people running round and having a party, welding works or motorcycles, you’ll hear it all here. Look the property is nice, the style is there, but the substance is really lacking. From the picture everything looks fantastic but I should have read the reviews before my stay as unfortunalty I wouldn’t stay again, I have been told by the way that it takes 16 working days to get my room deposit back to my card which I’m hoping will happen as I will be long out of the country. When checking in was told this was a few days, I have no idea. Cost to check in was 200MYR. Overall it is a 4 just not in the way I wanted. 4/10

This hotel is in a very convenient location within walking distance to the Petronas towers, Saloma link bridge and Suria KLCC as well as a wide variety of restaurants. View from the room and the pool was incredible. There is a small convenience store inside by reception which was handy for late night snacks! Only downside was the check in and check out process. Check in took almost an hour. The hotel was overwhelmed with luggage storage on this day. And staff was very slow with checking in guests. Was not told beforehand to have a cash deposit ready, so ended up having to use the ATM in reception like many others which led to delays, confusion and mix up of the queue. Checkout was a bit more relaxed but only because I checked out earlier than needed! Note that you have to request a cleaning service.
