Convenient Location: Very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, within walking distance. The metro station is also nearby, and there's a shopping mall next door, making it easy to buy things. Security: You need a key card to enter the building and again for the elevator. It seems like outsiders can't enter the building, so it feels very secure. The security guards downstairs are very responsible. Facilities: Generally well-equipped. If you need anything, the front desk can quickly help. Cleanliness: Good. Environment: From the 35th floor, you can capture photos of the Petronas Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur's night view. Service: Good.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful in searching for my lost necklace, providing thoughtful and attentive service. The pool view was also beautiful. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Great location and excellent value for money! The 7-Eleven downstairs was super convenient. I was only in Kuala Lumpur for one night on a business trip, so I didn't get to swim on the rooftop, which was a shame. Lots of beautiful women around though.

How do I describe this room? It's a self-service Airbnb type of place. The front desk is sometimes staffed, but check-in and check-out are mostly self-serve. After entering the room, you're immediately met with a long, narrow flight of stairs. It's a split-level room, so if you have heavy luggage, you'll have to carry it up. The room's facilities are extremely basic: just a large bed, a simple counter for a kettle and some items, and a bathroom. In terms of amenities, it's as minimalist as it gets. There's a terrace with very simple seating, offering panoramic city views. I feel like 80% of the cost of this room goes towards the rooftop pool and the terrace. The roaring motorcycles at night in Kuala Lumpur are probably one of the city's unique characteristics. But I was so tired after a long day of travel that I actually managed to sleep through it all...
