Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The soundproofing in the room was abysmal. I could clearly hear children crying next door and footsteps from the room above. From midnight to 5 AM, there was constant motorcycle noise from downstairs, making it impossible to sleep all night. This severely impacted my work the next day. Even though there were plenty of empty tables at breakfast, we still had to queue to get in and were forced to share a table. There were no cups available in the drinks area, which was very inconvenient. And what about the rotten sweet potatoes? What if a child had eaten them? The elevators frequently broke down, and the buttons often didn't respond. The toilet flush was weak, making it difficult to clean stains. I called the front desk twice to request chopsticks, and both times they promised to send them, but they never arrived. Their service fulfillment is seriously concerning. Overall, my stay was terrible, and I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable for sleeping. There's a large pool downstairs that I didn't get a chance to use, but it looked really nice. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the Twin Towers.

The breakfast buffet was quite plentiful, and the front desk service was excellent, with Chinese-speaking staff available. The location is superb, you can see the Petronas Twin Towers right from your room, and transportation is incredibly convenient.
