Check-in was a breeze, and the location is excellent. The host was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped. Plus, it offers much better value for money than a hotel.

Stayed for 3 days straight. The environment was comfortable, and it's conveniently located near a shopping district, making it easy to get anywhere. The butler spoke Chinese, which made communication a breeze! Refunding the deposit in cash was also super convenient; as soon as I notified them I was checking out, a staff member immediately came to my door to collect the key card and process the refund.

It’s convenient as we can get to the famous shopping mall by walking around 10 minutes. Clean room with well maintained facilities. Service is provided by the staffs and they are friendly .

The stay was very convenient being close to TRX mall and Pavilion mall.
The facilities such as gym and swimming pool were also very good and well kept.

Very spacious room, good view from the room. Can access to other block 60 stories to have a good view to KL tower and Twin towers. Cleanliness need improvement. Very unfortunate that one of our room have air con leaking, service respond is very fast but unable to fix the issue, luckily have ceiling fan for the last night. Cleanliness need improvement, there are unwashed bowl in rack, mini cockroach in toilet and kinda dusty floor. The lift service is fast but 2 out of 3 lift are faulty, have to squeeze in single lift.

The location is great if you don’t mind walking in the hot sun. Is actually considered near to Pavillion. But the lift is the biggest issue which is not enough to accommodate those who stay in the building. The parking is also an issue but the responsible party help us resolved the problem. The picture I sent ( Healthy spoon ) is what they mentioned Block B. Dont be confused

The hotel was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with all essentials including toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and a washer-dryer, which added great convenience. The location was very convenient and the host was exceptionally responsive. Our experience was excellent overall!
