Facilities are little bit old and the aircon need some time to cool down. Overall is good and the location is near MRT, convenient to hang out and lot of delicious food around.

The location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Petaling Street. There are also plenty of food options and an LRT station nearby. I even found a delicious beef noodle shop that I hadn't eaten at in over ten years – the taste is exactly as I remember, simply amazing!

However, the water pressure on the 10th floor wasn't quite enough; there was no hot water for showering, and the water pressure was quite low. It was an amazing hotel experience. Because the servers (especially the group of Sir Emon and company) are very hospitable, & caring. The breakfast was really appetizing & delicious. An elegant, class, and sophisticated Hotel in the core area of Kuala Lumpur. No regrets that i had booKed & checked-in here.

The hotel lobby is fine, and the service attitude is very good. The front desk even provides free breakfast. However, the rooms upstairs are a bit disappointing. The cabinets are damaged, and both the bedside lamp and headboard are broken. The bath towels have yellow stains and aren't properly cleaned, appearing yellowish, as do the bed linens. The windows on the first floor are so grimy you can't even see through them.
