Hotel Transit Kuala Lumpur

High CP value. Location of hotel is very convenient, near to MRT station. Room not consider spacious, but definitely enough for 2 persons. Stay one night here, environment very quiet, can get a good sleep. Aircon slightly under power. Cleanliness can be improved. There is only shower gel and didn't have shampoo.

This stay was highly disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor, and there were visible stains on the bed sheets. To make matters worse, I even found a cockroach in the room. On top of that, the housekeeping staff came way too early in the morning and woke me up, completely ruining my rest. The hotel seriously needs to address its hygiene standards and staff training.

The hotel looked chic and well-maintained from the outside and has its own private driveway. The reception staff were always very friendly and provided service with a smile. The elevator was fast and efficient. The hotel seemed recently renovated or very well maintained, as everything smelled fresh and clean. The corridors and room were spotless. The room was spacious and well laid out, as you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The bed was very comfortable with a good mattress and plenty of extra pillows. The lighting, double curtains, and wardrobe with an additional seating armchair were nicely designed and practical. Room service and housekeeping were very attentive. Minor downsides: The exterior windows could use more regular cleaning, as there was noticeable dust on the outside glass. Also, the hotel is located between Chinatown and the busy Bukit Bintang area, which means you need to walk a bit to reach the main hotspots and shopping malls.

Nice and budget friendly and probably the best one among all on the Jalan Pudu for it prices.

Probably the best among all hotel on Jalan Pudu and Chinatown. Affordable price and near the self laundry spot. Accessible to many tourists spot and not noisy at night. The staffs are friendly and the room size value for money.
