The location is fantastic, and they have an infinity pool. The service is exceptional, with staff available who speak Chinese. They also offer complimentary luggage storage. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Petronas Towers, and I highly recommend the durian shop nearby!

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Not only are the room facilities outdated, but there's also a secret door connecting to another room. Before going to bed, I found it unlocked and couldn't secure it. I contacted the front desk to have someone check it out. They seemed to not understand and just said not to open it. I explained that it wasn't about opening it, but that it wouldn't close at all. The person speaking Chinese hung up on me. When I called back, I spoke to someone in English and asked when someone would come, and they said they were on their way. It was already past 11 PM, and I specifically requested a female staff member. After another long wait, no one came, so I called again. They said it would be 10 minutes. When I asked why it would take so long, the front desk started yelling at me in English. I've never experienced anything like it. Eventually, a female staff member came up with two men (non-Chinese). They came into the room, fiddled with the door handle, and closed it, saying there was no one in the next room. I thought I misunderstood, but when I tried it again this morning, I realized that once it's open, it simply won't lock. This kind of service attitude deserves a million negative reviews. They completely disregarded the uneasiness a single woman feels staying alone at night. Also, there was no water in the room, and the mattress felt old and made me a bit itchy – it was worse than even a standard chain motel. I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the only time I've been so speechless that I had to leave a negative review.

Every time I visit Kuala Lumpur, I stay here. The room is a bit small, but it's very clean. It's conveniently located in the city center with excellent transport links and plenty of food options nearby. It's also just about a kilometer's walk to the Petronas Twin Towers.

The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the Petronas Towers. The breakfast spread was great, and the hotel was very busy. It was really, really good!
