Facilities: Decent, a bit small, but it has everything you need. Hygiene: Pretty good, the sheets were changed, and quickly too. Environment: Not high-end, but acceptable given the price. Service: Good, and the breakfast was nice.

The hotel's design is simple yet grand, creating a fantastic overall ambiance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bedding is high-quality, and the soundproofing is excellent. The service is attentive and just right, and the location is convenient for getting around. I had a completely hassle-free stay, felt relaxed and secure, and it's definitely worth coming back to.

Stayed an extra night, rebooked the same room. The housekeeping staff was excellent, tidying up perfectly every day. Will definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is a foodie's paradise! Our room window overlooked the night market, and we ate durian every single day. The restaurant directly across the street from the hotel, with the red light, also really hit the spot – delicious and clean. The hotel rooms themselves were top-notch; we booked the largest room type. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. I've already recommended it to my friends!

Loved this hotel! The front desk staff, especially the guy, was super sweet and even reserved my favorite room for me. They offer luggage storage, and someone's always there to open the door for you. The rooms are spacious and offer great value for money. It seemed like most of the guests here were Chinese. The only minor downside was the slow elevator. There's a desk on the second floor where you can write. I'd definitely stay here again! There's a mall nearby where I bought four dresses, and plenty of tailors around who altered them on the spot for just 10 yuan.

The elevators are incredibly slow; it takes about 20 minutes to go up or down. This is a huge inconvenience, especially for us smokers. There are only two elevators for 25 floors. I hope this can be improved.

Not in the central area, but still quite convenient for getting around. The rooftop pool is very small, and breakfast is just okay. There's a market next door with plenty of durian vendors. Next to my room, there was some kind of equipment room, and I was woken up early by loud machinery noise. I spoke to the front desk, and they resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from Chow Kit LRT/monorail station, which is very convenient and an easy walk. Taxis are also readily available here, unlike in the city center where it can sometimes be hard to find one. Remember to bring your own shower slippers, as the bathroom has a wet/dry separation issue; there's no curtain or door for the shower, so the floor can get quite wet. The staff are very friendly and happy to store your luggage for free.
