The location is easy to locate, nice sized one bed room studio, the facilities are good and centrally located (walking distance) to many shopping malls and street food. The staff was friendly and room was clean and tidy. The surrounding areas may be noisy due to train track and some on going construction work

There are 3 bedrooms, and each room has a toilet and shower, which is impressive.
Although the building is not new, it was clean and very comfortable. There was a drum-type washing machine, but drying was not good. There is a drying rack, so if you dry it there and go out with the ceiling fan on full blast, it will be dry by the time you get home.
There is also a convenience store 3 minutes walk away (closes at 10 o'clock). There is also a 24-hour 7-Eleven within a 2-minute walk. There is also a local restaurant called Vistana Corner, which is a 3 minute walk away. For just 300 yen, you can eat plenty of Malay and Indian food.
The pool on the 5th floor is open until 10pm. There's also a sauna and a pretty nice gym.
It takes about 1 hour by Grab from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. I use the express train, but even if I pay for the express charge, it costs about 3,300 yen (110RM).
