The hotel is very well located, in Butik Bintang. The room is very comfortable and clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. Special mention to the gym. If you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend ParkRoyal Collection.

I would have given this hotel a 5-star rating, gave it a a 4 instead. We booked a deluxe double room, which was clean, and the service was great. The breakfast was international and delightful, with very friendly and helpful staff. However, the female staff at reception could be more friendly. The biggest issue was the toilet..it had bad yellow stains on the tiles, not just the grout. So not fitting for a 5-star. Even though they used dark-coloured tiles, the stains were still visible, which means they were quite severe.

The location is great. View is good.
Toilet smelled weird, like a bad/stucked sewerage.
Aircon not adjustable. Adjusted to 28degrees, but room temp still stay at 21degrees.

Loving the breakfast, so much varieties, and hotel didnt take a long time to topup if food finish.
Room is really comfortable, nice ambience.
Just a downside not sound proof, i can hear people talking along the halway, and baby crying for quite sometime. Others all good. Seafood buffet is great. Would come again.

Nice and Clean hotel.
Nice breakfast!
A little bit disappointed because request some small surprise for my wife due to the wedding anniversary but nothing i get. But overall was nice.

Great location with lots of food options nearby Walking proximity to Pavilion. We were here to watch concert at mega star arena, venue is just opposite the hotel. We were upgraded to a room with double beds. Everything went well during our stay.

Pros: Did a birthday staycation for my best friend and i’m so glad we chose this place to stay. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and clean. Comfy beds. The amenities were great. The staffs were accommodating and made the stay worthwhile. The breakfast selections were yummy. And location was easy to get around by foot.
Cons: the water drainage in the shower was clogged and made the whole bathroom wet. So didn’t quite get to fully enjoy a nice shower. Not sure as to why it happened but i hope it gets fixed!
Overall would come here again.

Greeted by this pillars of mirrors on our way to the room which is interesting and unique. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang, we had fun walking around then just walk back to the hotel without having to brace through the traffic. Breakfast spread was generous with fantastic food.

Cleanliness of room was top notch but for me the room was quite small for the price range and you can hear if anyone was talking outside of the room. The room also has no view to offer. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staycation during CNY !
Everything about this hotel is perfect except :
1. Parking lane at Pan Pac, near the exit is very narrow esp for long cars ! Having a hard time navigating the car to avoid scratches.
Park no higher than level 4 to avoid the narrow lane.
2. Toilet ocassionally, emits a strange stinky smell due to drainage issues, but was immediately resolved by the technician.
Breakfast is just so so.

The hotel is in good location clear pavilion shopping heart center Bukit Bintang. And is right opposite the start station of Hop-on and hop-off bus.
Canteen food is various and tasty!
The collection club service is worthy and considerate. I really enjoy their prompt response.
Points to be improved:
1. Room internal decor not match 5 star level.
2. Premier club king room windows view is blocked by plant and net fence.
