Pro: location is very close to a shopping mall, 7-11 downstairs Price is reasonable, for a reason Cons: The apartment is kinda noisy as people always bang on their door Also theres no blinds for one of the window so if your neighbor forgot to turn off the patio light your room will be very bright Washroom smell pretty bad too, also the lobby and the common area smell too.

Great stays with nice pool and views and if it comes with a microwave will be perfect

City view at night was perfect . The room was very comfortables and clean . The facilities were also great . Great stay and will come back again .

Great place to stay nice staff near some good restaurants and near Times Square and lala port and bukit bintang it’s also near China town

It is super convenient for those that wanted a place to stay for trip because washing machines is provided each room, got netflix, small fridge, water purified, coffee, AC, nice bed, clean and pretty bathroom. Cozy room.

First of all service from receptionist is okay. As for the room , room was supposed to be cleaned before guest checks in. Cleaners came to clean an hour after checking in. Left the cleaners to clean and to come back to only arranged furnitures. Floors were still dirty n dusty. Bathroom was still dirty even after cleaners came. Previous guest dirty towels were left behind. Sliding door can’t be locked for safety.overall it was a bad experience. Not to mention the parking for guests needs to be paid hourly.

As a regular im a bit disappointed with the new parking system rm23 for not even 24hour parking..ridiculous. As for the room…view was stunning u can see 4 iconic building klcc kl tower pnb tower n trx. I think this type of room is the best so far

It was okay, it was not serviced once during our stay despite it being advertised as being an option to opt out of it and not having done so. The pool was cold which was nice during the day but at night it was not comfortable. The lift was awful and took a long time to arrive.

Perfect location with a mall just beside it and within walking distance to a nearby train station. The rooftop swimming pool is fantastic with a spectacular view❤️

The person for give the keys was so slow and don’t contact to you or write for nothing, is not in the place for give some keys, you have to go for one office inside to find your keys, is not a god service, plus was very slow the guy for work and i have to wait 45 min more than the hour for check in. The apartment tidy and clean that’s is good, have gym too, but the pool dont have water so was a deception all, i choose this place for the view and the pool and doesn’t have working. All bad Positive is near to places but it's not worth it.
