This hotel was recommended by a family member. We were on the 7th floor. The location is very good, just across from Bajaya Time Square, and a few steps to bts. Everything is good except the ceiling speaker right outside our door, and the music played every morning from 8 am until 11 pm. So, you would have a problem if you want to sleep in.
The elderly doorman downstairs was very kind and helpful.

You can get to the hotel just after getting off the light rail, and there are three subway lines nearby. The location is perfect.
The air conditioner is strong and the water power is sufficient. The disadvantage is that the perfume (essence) smell is too strong!
The biggest problem is that the trip website states that there are Chinese and laundry rooms, but... they are not available. No one at the counter can speak Chinese. I suggest that the website should be modified, otherwise travelers like me who are not good at English and need to do laundry will suffer. A lot of trouble....

Good location, nice & clean spacious room with ample of amenities. Beds are comfy with pillow selections. Good customer service & checking in & out is a breeze. The only downside is the buffet selections are limited. Hope they can add on more selections & change the menu daily to avoid the same food everyday. Other than that everything is good & it is worth staying . 👍

Helpful but less friendly reception staff. Good location in the heart of Bukit Bintang, so do expect jam. Lastly, can you imagine if you sit or step on the sofa with a needle hidden on it?
