"first time booking an apartment there is no iron provided. we are business travelers. so really need ironing items. sadly the person in charge could not provide it because it is not office hours. should just put it in the room to be ready to use. this is not hotel so there should be basic things like that. not even rm100 for the iron if you want to put it in the room. hope you improve the service. today i went to a meeting without ironing my clothes. very embarrassing."

"I had a really pleasant stay here! The host was super responsive and replied to my messages very quickly. I initially asked if I could drop off my luggage around 12pm, but he kindly allowed me to check in early at 1pm without any extra charge. On top of that, he also let me check out a bit later at 1pm instead of noon, which I really appreciated. The place itself was super clean, and they even provided free soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrush, such a thoughtful touch! The location is very strategic, just around a 6-minute walk to TRX and the train station. There’s also a convenience store in Block B, plus McDonald’s and 7-Eleven are only a 6–7 minute walk away. They also have great facilities, a gym and pool on Level 10, and even a rooftop on the 60th floor at Block B with amazing views. Overall, the service was top-notch and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place!"

"Check-in convenience: You need to pay a 300 MYR deposit or swipe your credit card. Check-in usually involves queuing, and the front desk is slow. Checking rooms and checking out also takes a long time, which isn't ideal and wastes a lot of time. Safety: The safety is very high; you need to use a key card to operate the elevators. Facilities: The pool boasts an excellent location, offering beautiful views of the Petronas Towers while you're swimming. I even lay in my room and watched the Petronas Towers. Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic. Environment: The surrounding area outside is great, with Zibo BBQ, nightclubs, supermarkets, and Indian restaurants. Overall, it's very good. It's a short walk to the Petronas Towers, but be careful not to go in the wrong direction. When you leave, face the road and turn right; it's a 5-minute walk, very close and convenient."

"Fantastic experience! The hotel's Chinese-speaking customer service was very warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. I loved the cozy room decor, and most importantly, it was impeccably clean. The 47th-floor pool was also amazing, offering unbeatable night views. It's a short walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and very close to major shopping malls, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Great value for money!"

"One of the best stay in KL, have been to multiple hotel over the past few years, JW, Shangri-La, wolo, Mercure, intercontinental hotel are some of a few that I have stay.. I would put parkroyal collection as the few that went beyond… service is exceptional, from the moment u alight from the car, greeted with a smile. Receptionist Mr Hakimi (dunno if I remember it correctly) is super welcoming and friendly. Had a couple of drinks at the botanist, again, service was noticeably good. Only con throughout the stay is, wanted to have a massage at st Geo, however the spa is manned without anyone, waited for 10mins and left. Room is of good size, clean and have all the amenities. Although all staff that walked past me, greeted me with a smile and you can feel that it’s genuine smile. Much appreciated. I would definitely stay with them again. Thank u parkroyal collection!"

"My overall experience staying at Sleeping Lion was great. The hotel location is convenient, the surroundings are quiet, and getting around was smooth. "Great location to get around, I like walking so I was happy that the hotel wasn’t in the city centre.  The views of the Petronus Towers and KL Tower at night were stunning.  The hotel is by the LRT line so you can jump on that, I did find it a bit confusing as you sometimes need to switch to the MRT lines. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.  The hotel is conveniently located by a shopping mall which has all amenities you could want during your stay. The only negative was that I’m a very light sleeper so the train did disturb me a little."
