✅️ Great location. Close to central KLCC, TRX etc. For those driving, there is car park available. Remember to validate your parking ticket to discount it to RM5, otherwise it is very expensive.
✅️ Room is nicely designed, furnished with small cooking area and washing machine. Nice shower facility. Comfortable.
✅️ There was a nice pool with KLCC view in the day. Pool close at night and accessible for view. Also gym facilities available.
❌️ The air conditioner was dripping water we - had to collect the drips with whatever container we found. We noticed this issue when we were going to bed (we were out the whole day and came back late). The drips were very noisy and it affected our sleep but we can only informed the management the next morning. No compensation was offered.
❌️ The lifts were crowded in the morning when we were checking out. We waited for almost half an hour and finally decided to get down by stairs.
We had a wonderful stay at M Vertica Premier Suites Kuala Lumpur with our family. The unit was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was perfect for a family trip, with enough space for everyone to relax. The bed and sofa were comfortable, and the room was well equipped with basic amenities.
The cleanliness was excellent. The bathroom was clean, towels and toiletries were provided, and everything was tidy when we checked in. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay.
The location is quite convenient and easy to get around by Grab. There are convenience stores, food places, and malls not too far away, which is very helpful when traveling with family.
The host was very responsive and helpful. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. This made the whole experience very stress-free.
We also enjoyed the facilities, especially the swimming pool and gym. The pool was great for relaxing, and the common areas were clean and well maintained. The environment felt safe and suitable for families.
The only small downside was that the lift can be busy during peak hours, but it was manageable and did not affect our overall experience.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended for families and group travelers looking for a comfortable and good value stay in Kuala Lumpur.
The check-in process was smooth; the host met me on time to hand over the keys and collect the deposit, which was returned promptly the next morning without any issues.
The apartment itself is excellent—very modern, stylish, and kept very clean. However, the location is not good. It’s quite out of the way, making it difficult to get around or find nearby amenities.
Verdict: A great stay if you just want a nice room, but be prepared for the inconvenient location.
I gave bad service for the their respond when I complained the original unit air cond & requested changing room/unit.
I fully understood that it's their duty to check but I informed them that I stayed in the same unit before. Therefore please don't entertain me like asking me to try the remote control setting or ask technician to check.
Please don't waste my time coz the room was not cold after switching on for 3-4 hours. The staff still insisted me to try?
Eventually I got my room changed. The air cond was perfect. Therefore please don't argue with a customer who stayed in the apartment units for more than 2 years.
Other than the above matter, everything is OK.

Room is very comfortable, aircond and fun function well. Also, it offers multiple accomodation such as microwave (can buy ready food), keetle, induction cooker, spoon set, knife and several kitchen stuff. I think it suit more for solo travellers and backpackker since it is a studio concept.
In room, u have a spot for city view. U have to climb a bit to the upper bench to see the view
And what i like the most is about the swimming pool !!! I t was so nice when u get outdoor swimming pool with great view of KL. Very recommend to go there at night since u can enjoy the view and relax. Overall, it is worth for money and i’ll repeat it in future.

The stay was great overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the equipment in the room was quite complete. I also liked that there was a washing machine available, which was very convenient for longer stays. From the room, you can even see a bit of the Twin Towers view, which was a nice bonus. Another helpful thing is that you can leave your luggage at the reception after check-out, so you can still explore the city without carrying your bags. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

Very clean and the condition is as describe. There are no toothbrush, toothpaste, comb provided as it’s like Airbnb concept. My relatives enjoy the stay, just the main road abit busy during golden hours.

This was my second stay, but the soundproofing in this room was really bad! Parking cost RM12/day for three days! The supermarket downstairs closed very early! There wasn't much good food nearby! I even had to walk across the main road to Alor Street to eat! The stalls there were overpriced, and I noticed a durian vendor trying to pass off Thai durians as Musang King and Black Thorn to mainland Chinese tourists! Unbelievable! If you take the pedestrian bridge, it's very dirty, unkempt, and there are homeless people living there! However, if you're a family staying for multiple days, it's quite cost-effective, as it has a kitchen and a washing machine!
Location is fantastic
A simple short walk to many places around Bukit Bintang, like Pavilion KL, Alor Food Street, Berjaya Times Square, etc…
But driving in and out of the property can be quite a challenge, as it is surrounded by small lanes and traffic can be quite bad during peak hours.
The property is somewhat like a condo hotel type.
You don’t get housekeeping every day.
And you gotta throw your own rubbish at the dump room yourself.
You don’t get some amenities as with a normal hotel.
No bottled drinking water, no table cloth or face towels, and no tissue box as well.
Don’t remember seeing any safe in the room too.
Staff were friendly and helpful (to some extent), but the user-experience is something new to me.
The check-in is self-service and any missing items will be charged to the guest.
Requests for additional towels or late check-out are all chargeable, no exceptions can be expected.
Price is ok, considering being in the city center, it is a lot cheaper than the better hotels.
I will explore other accommodations for my future visits before deciding if I would stay here again.

AAnonymous UserUnderestimated how beautiful the view is!! Pictures does not do any justice! They have an outdoor pool and gym which was also really cool. Location is great as there are many shops nearby- some open 24/7. They gave us 1 set of keycards which made things a bit difficult as you need these cards to activate lift/outdoor area which also means if your going with friends- everyone must be going to the same places together example: pool together or gym ext since elevators can only be accessed with those keycards. The room was lovely! Big, spacious and mainly clean! They gave plenty of towels, toothbrush, slippers. Room came with a fridge, microwave plates ext! Highly recommend for groups of friends or family members!
AAnonymous UserAwesome, complete instructions, very fast response, the room very clean and comfortable, the amenities provided complete such disposable slipper. toothbrush, pump soap and pump dishwasher and the toilet very clean.
For the kitchen they provided kittle and mug and got iron and iron board. Kinda impressed
It's near to shop like 7E, so for those need late night snack it's accessible under the condo. The security able to provide instructions clearly
It's quiet as its on level 44, nice view

GGuest Userwent to the swimming pool and it was murky. cant even see through the water. supposedly to be able to check in by 3pm but the room was not available and had to wait more than 1hour. other than that cleaniness is there and close to the other lobby which is not crowded.
