A bit far away from the city but near to pekan kuala selangor. suitable for people who wants to get away from city chaos. got near nice place to go as kopi sawah and roti canai pelangi. sekinchan also is just around the corner. Recommended for single travelers like me. place is safe and nice. clean but not that sound proof 🤣🤣

We stayed here due to the close proximity to the local bus depot. We chose to catch public transport from KL and then walk the 5 minutes to this hotel. Reception staff were friendly. We had a few conversation issues but I don't speak any Malay and their English was good but not good enough to answer some of my questions. They helped out as much as they could. Our room was comfortable and clean. We booked without window which they confirmed with us on check in. Overall a good stay and would recommend for anyone else doing the fireflies and skymirror independently from expensive organised tours.

The savages work there at the front desk. They refused check in a prepaid room within an hour.Conversation: When we booked? Two months ago. Which date? -I don’t remember exactly what your Wi-Fi password is, I’ll just take a look at the Hotels.com -We won’t say you aren’t a hotel customer. An hour later it is getting dark, I came to see the place of interest, but not find out. I will go, you find out in Hotels.com. Can I leave a backpack? -No, you are not a hotel customer .... Inadequate, what can i say...I, a client with a prepaid number, could not leave for an hour-backpack at the reception I had to walk for an 2 hours with a backpack of 8kg.Finally check in on arrival. The room is dead, cockroaches walk in jambs. But there is hair everywhere on the floor, as if someone had shed on it. Bed in yellow spots. Do not try to book this horror! Indian chain OYO(included this hotel)- go around the tenth dear!! Shame!

Very convenient . Located in town and near to jetty to sky mirror. This is budget hotel but they provide swimming pool with additional reasonable charges. I guess its alright. They also provide amenities like shampoo, bath gell, toothbrush. I'll definitely consider to come back and this time, to try different room category.

GGuest UserAmazing hotel. Super clean rooms. The housekeeping staff and the front office staff are super courteous and friendly. Probably the best hotel for staycation in kuala selangor.
There is also a balcony with a good river view to just sit and relax.
Walking distance to all major seafood restaurants and there is a jetty just next door for firefly tour.

MMimzy_96First and foremost, we had our stay from 29/12/2020 until 31/12/2020 for a short vacation with my family. 1 day prior before arrival, i've made a call through the FO and request for comp anniversary deco but it is chcargeable instead around RM150 which was alright. During the process i've asked what sort of deco do they display and then they suddenly told me to contact the housekeeping instead to gather more info which was quite weird. Later on, another receptionist (Suraya) called me and happily assist me for setting the decoration for my parents and the overall was amazing which made my parents suprised. Kudos to Suraya & the team. On the next day, when we were about to leave for our activity, there was an unexpected incident where our car rear window was shattered due to contractor using grass trimmer right next to our cutter which cause several stones flew right through our rear window and was not happy about it. But then, the management willing to replace the new window on their behalf and able to settle it during the same day. Overall, the room was delightful but not much of soundproof room as the neighbor room were very loud and we can hear their voice. Other than that, we are glad to stay here with the management able to go for extra mile for the deco and change the car window. We will surely come again in the future and hope the staff can go extra mile for their returning guest. Warmest regards, Syamim

GGuest UserThis hotel is very close to all the seafood restaurants. You can even walk if you want to. Less than 1km distance. Room was ok. Bed very soft but not bed sheet not very clean even after washed. Our room facing main road. Super noisy. Poor sound insulation. Other than that it was worth the stay. Good customer service.

AAnonymous UserConvenient location by car after the boat tour. The place looks ordinary but it provides most things required if fanciness isn't a requirement. They have a water dispenser near the lift entrance on higher floors. There's a place to eat burger at night close by as well.

GGuest UserThe guy at the reception counter very helpful and productive. Whatever my complaints (dark hallway, empty hair and body gel's container etc) were settled by him. Totally satisfied with his manner and attitude. When he said he'll settle it then it was trully settled. Forgot to ask for his name but he was at the counter when I checked in around 3pm and he was still on duty when i came back from work aroind 10-11pm.

CchiamThe hotel's breakfast really needs to be improved. I went there twice. Once, the nasi lemak only had rice and eggs. The second time, it was tasteless fried rice, and there were pancakes and white bread that I never knew how to fry. It was so little that so many people had to eat. It’s just a choice and it tastes terrible
