I booked via Trip.com but suddenly my details upon check in appeared to be that im not a Malaysian in the hotel system. And i had to pay for tourist tax things. Also it shown that i booked this hotel via agoda. The person at the counter said nothing she can do 😐

The hotel is good overall, but the soundproofing is very poor. If you meet uneducated people or night owls, you don't need to sleep.

Very clean hotel. All the equipment is there, there is an iron, a TV that works, a soft bed, an AC that works, there are also many food shops under the hotel that are easy to eat if you are hungry. There is mydin in front. I will come back here again.
