Nice and clean , value for money , near the place that I wanted to go , walking distance to reached

Overall, my experience at this budget hotel was a mix of pros and cons. I had booked a standard room, which I found to be small but decent. However, there was a noticeable smell in the room and the bed was not very comforting. The cleanliness of the room was okay, although the toilet had a lingering smell. The amenities provided in the room were basic but sufficient, including a small ironing board, slippers, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. There was no complimentary water bottle, you can buy your own at 7eleven or at the reception. On the positive side, the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near a drawbridge, food restaurants, a self-service laundry, a 7-Eleven, a Secret Recipe outlet, and an Ayam Geprek restaurant. This is a decent accommodation at an affordable price, still a practical choice for travelers looking for a convenient stay on a budget.

Hotel is situated within walking distance of KTCC Mall and towards the beach. Easy access for food and purchase. Downside is the hotel and room is quite old. Floorings are not in good condition. Room entry door is damaged and required to open manually with key which require some techniques. Window is there but the view of the sea is restricted by the wall panel installed. Lift is quite scarry by the way it opens and close.

Good budget hotel, nice place to say for short trip. Bed comfy and room quite spacious. But water pressure not that good and heater took long time to warm. There's no coway here or free bottled water

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Hotel Ming for its location.my late check-in and overnight stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Me and my family enjoyed staying there. Very clean hotel. They have their own parking area. Quite large. This hotel is superb in its class.

Comfortable, location is great! Everything in walking distance and so near to the beach too! Check-in & out process were just as smooth.
