Attached herewith some concern about the accommodation booked today. Cockcroach family everwhere in the room, yellowish cum brownish towel, brownish blanket, crumpled pillow case, dusty floor , Staff were unpolite especially Mr Pok,etc…. Waiting for house keeping staff at wee hour (12.30 am).. Helpless

I'm not sure if the bedsheets are changed between users as the pillow cover had yellow marks on it. The handheld shower was broken, so only the head shower could be used. The towel provided was damp, raising doubts about whether it was washed and dried properly. On the positive side, we had a sea-view room with good amenities, and the location offers convenient access to Kuantan town and nearby beaches. However, we were asked to clean the room and dispose of the rubbish in the refuse room, which felt a bit odd.

Nice area, accessible to the beach, swimming pool is clean
