I give 5 stars for service,customer service,location and room so clean..and im done come to timurbay on time..next i will comeback with my family.

Unfortunately we got the parking view and 3rd floor. And the parking is far. Climb downstairs. Key on the other hand. U gotta jimmy to open it. Perks of facing parking is it is not loud. Boring tv channel selection. Basic kitchen. Water heater not functioning properly. No toothpaste whatsoever just a soap shower gel. Wont repeat because its a bit scary. Eerie a bit. We felt like someone is watching us.lol. anyways, Its still nice place to stay but I wont repeat, nice pool tho. Tq. Atleast it is clean.overall. nice experience. The host is friendly and easy access through whatsapp only.didnt answer any calls. On top of that, there are flies in the room and Aircond suiz for the twin room needs fixing. Good place to stay for short stay and if you dont mind far parking and facing car park as for us, we dont mind. 3rd floor.

Interesting place.. Facilities Room totally good.. Pool safe 4 children and beach is so clean n beautiful... I can repeat holiday next time..

Had a great overall experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with a helpful video shared by the operator that made everything straightforward for those who can follow instructions well. However, it might be challenging for those who prefer not to read detailed instructions. One of the major highlights was the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to various attraction spots. My unit had a beautiful view facing the sunrise area, adding a special touch to the stay, although I regretfully missed the opportunity to catch the sunrise moment. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. However, the small room, which I believe was a storeroom, was only equipped with a fan and became quite hot, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in unless the door was left open. In summary, my stay was enjoyable thanks to the excellent service, prime location, and cleanliness of the unit. With some improvements to the small room's ventilation, the hotel could offer an even better experience for its guests.

The hotel room design is good but the cleanliness is to be improved. The hotel floor is quite sticky when we arrive, after complain to the host, they sent housekeeping to clean the floor quite immediately. The bath towel is abit yellowish. The hote provide microwave, washing machine, gas stove etc.

Had a bad stay with perfect host here, vv bad service. Check in time should be on 3pm onwards but i arrived almost 7pm still in cleaning progress. Not a single sorry (even reply) comes from management when being informed. One of the aircond is not functioning well. 👎🏻

Facility: swim pool with great beach .... Food: Delicious Malay food and fast food nearby .... It's a Airbnb with window facing to road side (another side is sea view)... For short trip, it's great for stay, max for 3person..... Key collection need follow instruction provided from owner.... Overall, RECOMMENDED!

New service apartment . Pools are perfect. Easy access to the beach and shop lots in the front. Will visit again.

The price of the room was reasonable given that it was during a Malaysian peak season as well as a school break. Our room comes with a smaller room with an attached bathroom which is convenient for the four of us. Both rooms are equipped with standard amenities which is a plus point.The pool and view are superb.The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. In a nutshell, this hotel is well priced for a short stay in Kuantan.

all the facilities are good. but i want to complain about the checkout time. why we need to checkout before 11 in the morning when the standard checkout time is 12. we need to rush and it feel so unconformable. i hope that you can arrange the time perfectly so that your customers be more comfortable to stay at your accommodation. thank you

Had a good stay.. easy communication with host.. maintenance of the room can be improved, the light switch keep falling but its functioning. My kid loves the pools there, she tried all of it.
