overall okey but the front desk service it really satisfy… and their breakfast also not satisfying.. most of the food is salty

Foods were super mahal. Hope to get more discount n ask the cashier to do. But still no discount..very bad 😕😔 I already join the zenith rewards but still didn't get the benefits. Also my rooms Is far from the lift not nearest.

The journey to find the hotel was ok. It is in front of the Kuantan East Coast Mall. The park lot in the building has direct access to the Lobby. Check-in was fast. Although you stay for a night, you still required to pay deposit for RM200. When entering the room, the carpet smell is quite strong and makes us feel uncomfortable. But after turning on the AC, the bad smell has reduced. The room is super clean and amenities are great too. Except for the tv channel. We tried to connect it to the wifi, but the connection kept being cut off. The breakfast was great too.

Perfectly clean with bath tub! My girl loves it. Breakfast spread was good to. They even let me go to kids playroom even after checking out. Thank youu

The hotel lifts is really terrible. Spent a lot of time waiting for the lifts. The breakfast was also not very good. The location of the hotel is the only good thing about this hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to any of my family members or friends. Bad exper overall

One night stay and the room is big enough to accommodate 3 persons actually. They got bath tub, shower, all the amenities inside the room. So far so good. Great stays. Thanks Zenith.

Location is superb. Room is big and clean: I’m asking for high floor only get Lv 10. Shampoo and body wash can be better cause the bottle provided like sample.

Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Pillows were fluffy, bed warm and soft. Breakfast spread had a lot of variety and sumptuous. Location excellent, just opposite East Coast Mall, and behind the hotel was a night food court with plenty of choices. Basement parking was easy and ample. Overall, a very satisfactory stay.
