A good location, situated in the town area, with a very reasonable price and within walking distance to eateries. Not only that, it is also very close to a mall.

Good place to stay if you have outstation work at Kuantan. They have table that you can put your laptop and work. The space is big and simple setup. The hotel abit old but just nice for people who come here for short work. Not recommended for family stay cation. This hotel is same row with most famous mamak restaurant in Kuantan.

Great location for business travelers, hand dryer and iron are provided in the room.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuantan.

very easy to access, near to ecm. Staff very friendly and triple deluxe getting 2 beds really a good choice for travelling of 4 people

Overall was ok.but disappointed when request to change room located wanna facing to mainroad.but get behind the hotel. So very disappointed on this day.lost all my healing day

To be improved - we can't top-up to add additional bed into a 4 pax bedroom, we have 5 person. Telephone line is missing, and we have to use mobile to call the hotel reception. The door is a bit too tight and the sounds is loud when we close the door. Other than that, overall stay is bad with great location. Very convenient with convenient shop, mamak and kopitiam in walking distance.

Aircond problem and i let them know about it twice. Problem not solved at all. The rest all ok

3rd stay. Room was okay. Unfortunately the shower had a few defect, but I don’t mind at all. The location was strategic and near to every place that you wanted to go. Will repeat this accommodation again and again if I have any business in Kuantan.

Loud music disturbed my sleep, I requested to reduce the Valium but receptionists response was terrible. 😢 and their manager’s responds was not second to the receptionists. Sure no more Skytree 😡
