Great location and great service. However, there’s ants on bed. Cleanliness need to be improved.

nice location.. easy to go around.. not too far from main bazaar to buy souvenier, waterfront, easy to find something to eat as well.. the staff is nice, room clean and quite big, for breakfast at hotel, need to use own creativity, porridge, laksa, bread, salad and other condiment. but overall its a very nice place to stay and move around.

During my recent stay at the Meritin Hotel in Kuching, I was once again reminded of why this hotel is my go-to choice whenever I visit the area. The hotel's excellent location and fantastic value for money never fail to impress me. Location is great. Near to many eateries . Bed is comfortable. Customer service is good also. Value for money .

Hotel opposite Everise groceries store. Very easy to find anything that you need. There are many good foods nearby (at the same row or opposite row of shop). Hotel very clean and staff are very friendly.

No onsite parking available. Only public paid parking on the roadside avail. Will be a problem when rain. Trip Web gives wrong info. Limited choice for breakfast. Breakfast area hygiene is another issue. Seen insects flying around the fresh food.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. It was clean, tidy & stylist. Excellent service.Staffs also very friendly Only at restaurant breakfast section,one of the staff not really friendly Upon asking for breakfast, the staff person shouted at me by saying "CLOSED" at 10am. Look at my watch, 9:54am.still available 6 minute bfor 10am.Its ok. Really recommend this hotel. Thank you

Fantastical location...just walk out in front of the hotel and eateries, "kopitiam"s are on the left & right, be it for bfast, lunch or dinner. The "kue chap" ( padungan streetfood?) in the evenings across the hotel is a must do, even for the uninitiated. Get there early though for there is always a queue. Only complain i had was i had to kill a german cockroach in my room on the day i was checking out. Plus detected sugar loving ants as well feasting on some sugar granules that was spilled much earlier. Other than that i thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
