If you want WiFi need to extra pay RM20 and washing machine also need additional fee if you want to use it . The floor is very sticky and dirty .

The room is big & spacious, clean n have big sledding windows. Located on top of boulevard mall (within a minute walk from their lobby). Easy access to shopping mall. Property staff were great, very helpful and friendly. I will come back here again and again whenever I visit Kuching.

Wana try local food?? just cross the road, plenty place for food and beverage ☕️. Plenty choices,variety and cheap! Overall..5 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ for location, price and service. Well done!

Good service and clean. The room is very clean and comfortable. The room size is also big. All their staff service is excellent. The property distance to the airport and Kuching Sentral is super close (15 minutes by grab taxi). Its very convenient. Thank you. Will come back again next time.

The room was clean & tidy! Plenty of eateries within minutes of walking distance to the property. The room floor was laminated. The bed was big and comfy too! Thank you.

Very bad, no wifi (after complaints were only given), no drinking water at all, soap and shampoo were given in empty bottles (complained several times before they were delivered), bad quality towels.

The location is still ok because there is a mall so if you want to eat or buy things you are still happy, but if you want to go to the waterfront, it takes 25 minutes, in front of the apartment there is also an everise, but yesterday we ordered the 2 bedroom one, 13th floor, the funny thing is that the wifi we use is the hotel wifi so it's a bit slow, there's no soap in the room, he said Sinad, it's just not available, finally he was told to deliver it, there wasn't even an iron, when I checked out I asked, he said he wanted to chat then it would be delivered hadeh🤧, even though when he arrived there was no response to the chat, it was annoying Plus, if you want to use the washing machine, you have to rent it for 35 RM a night👎, that should be the facility we get when we rent an apartment, I live in another apartment, even though the washing machine isn't in the room, it's kept downstairs, if we use it, it's free. Why do you have to pay for this? , 200 rm deposit, 37 rm in cash, they said it was clean, the apartment wasn't the same, don't know, other floors, other owners, the same or not

It is really big. The two rooms can sleep three people each, and the two large sofas in the living room can sleep two more people. There are not many programs to watch on TV, and there is not much to play nearby at night. It is a suitable place to sleep for two days and one night, and there is a swimming pool for fun.
