The hotel is in the midst of renovation.
Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded my room from the king size bed room to the business suite. Reasonably good experience. Thank you.

I got bed bugs bites after staying at pullman kuching for one night. Red little spots appeared on my legs and shoulders on the next day. Emailed to their hotel to reflect on this but nobody responded.

The amenities are good, and the hotel has a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient as well. Breakfast offers a good selection, though the porridge could be improved, as it tends to be a bit cold despite some steam. Additionally, replenishing the condiments could be quicker to ensure they’re available when needed.

Nice experience to stay this hotel. The breakfast is good and staffs are friendly. We can walk to China street within 10 minutes.

Its central location makes it perfect for both business travelers and tourists, with key attractions just a short walk away. 5 star too for the breakfast!!!
During my stay, I was impressed by the hotel’s top-notch amenities, including the fitness center, swimming pool, and multiple dining options that cater to various tastes. This Pullman hotel is located in the heart of Kuching which is a good thing.
Having said this there is nothing positive about this hotel: old rooms, cold service, average beakfast + bonus of “renovation period” til end of 2024, with no access to gym and pool and noise nuisances.
Bad value for money.
