Stay with the hotel for 4days3nights, their bed is very comfortable for me, after a long day outside, really glad that can rest well when back to the hotel

The hotel lobby is nice, and the helpful had gone through the check in fast. I had been given to a room at the far end, which the Wifi connection is not so good. Staff did not do their cleanup on the next day when i was out for lunch, so water and coffee were not replenished. The room is big, air con is cold, water pressure is also good.

The room was very clean and the toilet was quite spacious. Breakfast was good, and the location is conveniently close to the waterfront for sightseeing, just a short walk away. However, the hot water in the shower was not warm enough.

The room is big and able to view Sarawak river. It's location is away from the main hustle bustle of the road along the riverfront.

Nice view of the river & mountains. Around 15min walk to the waterfront, a bit farther away compared to other famous hotels near the waterfront.
The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean. Basic channels for TV.
Variety of food to choose for breakfast. Sambal is acceptable. However, it took long time for the empty dishes to be refilled.
Parking: shared with the mall in the same building. Have to pay RM5/entry and RM10 overnight (minus point).

Good hotel. Strategic location. Walking distance to Waterfront. Big bathroom, excellent water shower pressure. Cold and hot available.
Gym, swimming pools.
Food court and grocery store at the lower ground hotel.
Friendly staffs.

Clean nice hotel with a variety of good breakfast. Easy access to a mall in groundfloor. The only setback is that it doesn't provide a free parking to customers, you have to park in a limited available parking along the street in front of the hotel or paid parking in the basement.

Second stay at Pullman and enjoyed its spacious room.
Bathroom comes with a bathtub.
Gym was basic and there's jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna.

I was assigned to room 1022 and upon entering the room, I was appalled to see ants crawling on the wall. It could be due to sweet food remnants left behind by the previous guest. I called the reception immediately and was attended by a receptionist, Mr Clement.
Clement was so apologetic and performed an elaborated service recovery even though I was merely asking for just a room change. The next day, he arranged for a chocolate cake to be delivered to my room. I'm very impressed at how dedicated he is towards his job. Although the hotel lacks in terms of the hardware as it has shown signs of aging, I'm sure I'll be back again for the warm Malaysian hospitality I received from staff like Clement!

Love staying here, the reception was so kind and gracious…allowed me to check in early…it was so kind since I was very tired from my early flight….the room is spacious, the bathroom also spacious, the dessert on the table waiting to welcome me…I was so thrilled….I can feel the warm welcome from Pullman Hotel. Planning to come back staying here with my children….
