This is my first time sleep at here and surprisingly the room was sooo soo amazinggg. I really love this hotel. So comfortable and really nice place to sleep. The room so clean and beautiful. Will repeat to sleep at here again.❤️🔥❤️🔥

Hotel located in city center of Kuching & accessible to many attraction areas nearby.

The system is terrible. There’s another customer got our room 25minutes after us. They didn’t want to admit their fault. The breakfast is basic and the smart room was’nt functioning well. Location and cleanliness is good.

Very good hotel with the prices. The room was specious and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Even though the breakfast menu is simple but it’s quite nice.

This hotel is sooo nice. It was renovated recently and now I can it is operating mostly by IoT. Check in using self check in kiosk in the lobby. The room is so pretty, neat, clean, and smart. They have the thing similar to Google Home, a smart thermostat air-conditioner, and an auto curtain. I loveee this hotel and definitely recommend this hotel to all of you.

I'm very impress with the facilities after the renovation. It has the new fresh look and most of the things become very advance especially the robot helped to send the towel to my room. Good to stay with reasonable price.

I am here for for work. I find this hotel location is good, convenient. The room is ok, comfortable for stay. The facilities is fine and acceptable . Surrounding, the food nearby and also convenient store available. The Reception Staff were friendly, helpful. Overall the hotel room was clean, nice and spacious.

Kuching Park Hotel a self service check in hotel and very soon the room will be operating by Voice command. Very clean rooms and good service from their staff. Worth the stay. They fixed my aircond problem and door lock issues very very promptly.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my 2Nightst stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel.
