Nova Kuching Hotel Reviews

So far No Problem. Just hotel need improvement sikit.

This is my third time stay at Nova Kuching, to be honest, not really excellent and the room is clean but inside the toilet, it has been twice i go there with a toilet flush that cannot be used. Also, blackout suddenly, room 306, then we have been replace with another room. I stay there for 3 days and 2 night, and there is no housekeeping for that 2 days, no refill any water or replace towel, we have to wash the towel by our own seem we really care a lots regarding the hygience. And the rest is good, no problem at all. I give 6/10 for this hotel ^^

The hotel is very rundown, same as its neighbour. The bedsheets were dusty, I was itching the entire night. Not sure what happened to the hotel, as my previous stay back in 2018 was decent. For the price, can't complain much.

Hotel is ok, easy area to walk around the city of Kuching. Close to the waterfront. You can eat sugar apong ice cream.

Cheap and comfortable hotel. The room is clean and big, although check-in is slow after 12 midnight but still smooth. Will repeat if I come to Kuching again

1. The bathroom needs to be improved in cleanliness. The floor and walls need to be washed clean. 2. Spacious bedroom. 3 The air conditioner is not cold. Sleep in the heat.
