Receptionist was more keen to answer phone ringing rather than serving guest standing infront of him that came waiting before the phone rang. Other than that, all were satisfied.

Riverside Majestic Astana Wing has always be the favourite place for my department to check in whenever we are in Kuching. Cozy and spacious room, very strategic location, delicious breakfast and I think there is nothing to complain about 😃 It’s always 5/5 for us! Oh yes, the price is very affordable as well! Compatible with the Government rate.

Breakfast was fantastic with a nice river view. Lobby Staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff very polite and I their smile was Cheer me up my day.

Good location. The maintenance can be improved as the building is getting old. Great view if you get the river view rooms.

Limited choice of breakfast. The mattress is stained like urine, the sink is broken and stagnant

Queued for about 20 minutes to check in as only two staff were at the front office. Although our room wasn't ready despite us checking in 2 hours late, we were upgraded to their executive deluxe room, so all was good. The room was spacious, clean, and had a spectacular view! There were lots of choices for breakfast, though the taste was just alright. Overall, a decent stay!

So far, hotel provide a good facilities. Food for breakfast, aWESOME.. many choices.. keep it up!

The most I like in this hotel is the breakfast. The room is clean. The location is very near with mall and street food. I am enjoyed to stay here
