Top hotel in Kuching
1. Location = Excellent(near to waterfront)
2. Check in = Great and friendly
3. Room cleanliness = Excellent
4. Room size = Excellent
5. Room view = Excellent- river front view β¦ WoW!
6. Breakfast = Excellent- the best breakfast at hotel
7. Swimming pool = one of best facing majestic waterfront.
Overall the best hotel in Kuching. Super happy :)

Great location and nice view from the room facing the river. All staff from consierge, front desk, house-keeping, pool bar were exceptional and helpful. Services at the restaurant need improvements - wrong orders, slow and doesn't understand simple request even in local language.

Everything is fine except the bathroom door is a little broken cannot be locked properly

Location is superb, I booked a river view for family (two queen), but I was checked into a room with a bare roof view, called the receptionist they didn't offer to change the room but upsell me the king size room. The room has a bit of a plastic smell too, they just offer to come and freshen up the room. Swimming pool water was very cold, only one shower room available by the pool, no soap no shampoo and no water heater too.

The waterfront hotel in Kuching is an excellent choice for your stay. It lacks any noticeable drawbacks during my experience, and the gym operates until midnight, making it convenient for night owls. The location is also strategically positioned.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The premium room is very huge. Bathroom also very bright. but the shower without door make it floor easily to get split and wet. Overall, i satisfied with this stay. breakfast is chargeable rm35 confirm upon check in, walk in is rm55. Take some longer time to check in

The front desk staffs was friendly, I saw the viral "orange" cat outside the lobby when I was waiting for my room to be ready before check-in. Booked my room online but didn't expect the room was big and spacious for us. The room was clean and well managed by the housekeeping staffs. Whenever I go, the hotel staff greet us with a smiling face. I didn't booked for my breakfast but I have tried their meals during dinner with colleagues last January, the food was delicious. The fitness centre is accessable to guests at the room level. We went for a brief look to a great view at the indoor pool before check-out. Overall, the stay was great. Will come again for another stay.
