Located a little outskirt from downtown, the hotel is nearby to various local food courts and eatery, also nearby to the new Gala City shop units for any boba fixes. Hotel is nicely situated next to One City Mall, sufficient parking space and overall comfortable with great bed and blanket. Staffs are friendly

i like this hotel, location is good and convenient, 10 minutes drive to airport. Shopping mall , City One is just behind the hotel. Surrounding is with delicious food stall and food court too. The bed is clean, just that some amenities are old, and can be further improved.

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality & comfy room.

Strategic location nearby mall & airport.Staffs were kind.should have proper tv channels to watch coz mostly was boring & nothing much to watch.otherwise the hotel is fine

Overall the hotel is nice, clean bed, aircon working, hot shower functioning. Good services from the staff, very responsive upon request. The only problem with our room was that it was leaking on the windows during rain. Hope they fix it.

Clean and with amble amenities.  Tv has only 4 channels though.  Many of the doors are pretty stiff so really need to slam the door to shut it thereby banging noises can he heard at all hours of the night & morning which is not good when you’re trying to get a good night’s sleep!!

Overall feeling is good, convenient location, very near to 101 food court and shopping mall. The room is clean and the service is good.

This hotel has been good in many ways, location, value for money, etc and etc, but I thought it is imperative to mention or bring to the attention of the owner as to why in recent months a gold coloured funeral car has been allowed to park right in the hotel's main car park, in full view of practically anyone who walks in, out and about the hotel. Is this the right place to park a vehicle of that nature even if it belongs to a customer involved in the particular type of business? Only the management can answer that. This is probably acceptable to some, but utterly discomforting to most others.

Convenient location near CityONE Megamall and Kuching International Airport. Good value for money.
