Very pleasant experience. Front desk very professional. Cleaning staff did a good job. Breakfast very good!

Book to this hotel to try one of the upscale hotel near the Kuching waterfront. Nice clean room and comfy bed. The hotel itself is old but the rooms has been refurbished with modern design. Very convenient location if you are looking at somewhat walking distance hotel from Kuching waterfront and it sits just beside the famous Kuching cat statue. Breakfast has array of option from western to the local delicacies such as laksa Sarawak and Mee kolok. First time ever seeing a coal toaster for bread, a nice touch.

Toiletries not everyday completely refill. Have to reminder everyday when i stay in. Breakfast is good but should have a bit diffirent, else everyday also the same thing, a bit boring.

All good, no complaints. The hotel service is attentive to my needs.

Right at the city center. Next to the waterfront and easy access to the old street Padungan. Plenty of eatery outlet nearby. Super good view of Sarawak River. Very comfortable.

The last i stayed here was like 10-15 years ago and the hotel is now brand new fully refurbished renovated and i loved it. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival from JB we managed to check in at around 12 noon though check in time was 2 pm. One of the staff was friendly he even recommeded places to visit and dine in kuching city. Every time we went out and came back he was there to greet us. The location is perfect by the scenic river and within walking distance to the waterfront, old town, souvenir shops and restaurants. When I return here this would be my hotel of choice. Highly recommended for a 4 star hotel.

A broken toilet bowl, room telephone interference that keeps on ringing. Breakfast selection can be improved.

Breakfast was good but i prefer to sit outside rather than in the restaurant cause its kinda crowded. But overall, this hotel is great!
