Place is good for families stay n business as well. Hotel have gym n swimming pool n beside mall which make great 1 stop for evrything you need.
Room : have kitchen cabinet filled with items you can cook, heat light meals and have it in the rooms, wit flat table.
Bathroom : shower n Toilet size minimum if you dont mind the space. They have split it with mirror n utensils section before entering toilet/shower..

The executive apartment that we stay is clean n hygiene.
Lobby service staff are friendly and helpful.
We extended our stay here n will come again in our next visit to Kuching

The apartments are in need of a major refresh. The hallway carpets looked nasty. The cleanliness is definitely lacking, stains on sheets and towels, bathtub and sinks were not clean, taps were oily.

Limited food variety for breakfast.
Overall is good.
Need to register car during check in to get fix price for parking at basement.

My favourite place to stay every time i go to Kuching. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

The hotel is co-located with ST3 Shopping Mall however there are many vacant stores The hotel lobby is at level 2 hence don’t confused when you alighted from the grab and thought the hotel lobby is on ground. Generally, the room was decent, clean and the staffs of the hotel very polite.
The hotel is just opposite The Spring Mall (one of large mall in Kuching) and you could find major brands there.
The hotel is not near to the central/city area where all the tourist locations will be but is just 10mins from hotel when you are on grab. It will cost between RM5-7. The hotel is also 10-13mins away from international airport, grab is about RM$7-9.
