They steal things from your room!!! Terrible !!! I hanged a dress in the wardrobe…. Left the room and the dress disappeared !!! Felt really disappointed!!! The reception treated me in a very impolite way when I phoned them to ask about the dress!! Really bad service!!

This hotel is a barn of a place. Everything is large. Nice large room with equally large bathroom. TV, Wi-Fi and fridge all good but no tea/coffee. Hotel is a drive away from Berat and on a very busy road. Many of the staff do not speak English. In our room we had a fridge and in it were 2 bottles of water. As we were not near any major shops we assumed they were complimentary also there was no price list in the room. Upon checking out we were asked if we had used the water and were charged. This was poor. Breakfast was ok.

Quartos velhos, a cheirar mal, com lâmpadas quase todas fundidas. O rececionista parece que nos está a fazer um favor quando pedimos a password do quarto. É tudo confuso e complicado para ele. As traseiras dão para uma antiga fábrica, por isso as vistas são más. Ainda de referir que o colchão é muito mau.

Never stayed at the hotel but ate in Garden Grand quite a few times during 2 week stay. Pasta dishes were delicious and had a huge cheese and meat platter one evening. Excellent prices. I definitely return next year.

Een veelbelovend hotel in een industriezone van Berat. Grote glimmende lobby's, maar de receptie is heel vaal onbemand. Mooie bar/restaurant in de tuin, goede prijs/kwaliteit. De kamers zijn groot, maar wel héél basic. In onze 2-persoonskamer stond een enorm bed, één stoel en een piepklein tafeltje. Enkele plastic bekertjes op tafel, en een koelkastje met 2 flesjes water. Meer niet. Dit grote hotel moet m.i. dringend investeren in faciliteiten, zoals een bemande receptie en aangeklede kamers. Bij het uitchecken (groepsreis) moesten enkele reizigers plotseling de 2 flesjes water in de koelkast betalen (1 €/stuk) want dat was 'minibar'; anderen werd niets gevraagd. Jammer, dit hotel biedt grote mogelijkheden. Het ligt overigens 4 kilometer van het centrum van Berat.

El hotel se encuentra en las afueras de Berat pero está cuidado y las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Ofrece un buen descanso y el desayuno es más o menos el normal en estas tierras, aceptable pero poco variado. El único problema es que la entrada al hotel (con suelo de mármol), carece de elementos antideslizantes y con lluvia es una pista de patinaje.

Superbe hôtel à berat la ville aux milles fenêtres 🥰 l’hôtel juste magnifique moderne .le personnel très très gentil propreté.Wooow la nourriture juste délicieuse. En plus les tarifs sont super abordables donc je le recommande à tous j’ai aimé mon séjour
