👍 Located on the best beach in Borneo. Forget about KK, if you want to have the best borneo experience, drive to this place (if possible). Private pool on your villa, 45 seconds walk to the beach, the sunset view is way better than the one in Tanjung Aru Beach. 👎 Come prepare with groceries to cook for yourself or drive to the closest restaurant (Tommy's Place or Seafood Restaurant - only cash)

Lovely chalet to stay in. There is private swimming pool and you can swim anytime even until midnight. The room is spacious and cozy. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Staffs are polite and responsive. However the cleanliness is really bad with blood stains on the blanket, bathroom amenities is old and rusty. Overall , does not worth the price paid.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city, but the environment is quiet. There is a beach behind the hotel, and it is great to watch the sunset. However, there are many mosquitoes, which bite a lot of bags🤣

The hotel is very suitable for vacation, the beach is 3 minutes away from the hotel, and the sunset is beautiful. The housekeeper is also great, ben is very enthusiastic, and the hotel facilities are very clean, making people feel like coming home. There is a kitchen, and the breakfast is freshly made. It is very beautiful and delicious, so you must come to this place when you come to kudat.

Stayed at Kudat Riviera Exclusive Beach Villa, Kudat (Sunbeam Luxury Villa), over the weekend. Beautiful Villa. Suitable for relaxing away from busy city life. The villa’s serene location, stunning homely surrounding, and modest amenities provided an idyllic setting for couples or family peaceful private gateaway. With a private swimming pool surrounded with clean landscape with private fencing, the pool ensures that guests can swim, sunbathe, and unwind without interruptions. The staff typically enhances the overall experience with their attentive, warm hospitality and service.

Beautiful huge villa, we stayed at Bayuh Sabbah luxe villa. Nice design, modern style. Comfortable beds. Great pool to chill in, our kids loved it! Garden is very beautiful, every day well kept by the personnel. The best was Francesca and her hard working team who made our stay unforgettable. They made every morning a very tasty breakfast and cooked and barbecued for us the most delishes sea food ever! This place is truly worth to stay at!

Well maintained villa with friendly staff who care about their guests. The villa are clean, well furnished & have a large beds. It is like an oasis of calm & peaceful atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa & definitely will stay here again. Kudos to Fran & the wonderful team at Kudat Riviera.

What an amazing unspoiled place. We stayed in Bayuh Sabbha and it was beautiful. The private pool was fantastic and the beach just a minute away. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed six nights and ended up eating in four nights - thanks for that amazing vegetarian curry and my husband loved the incredible (and huge) seafood BBQ. The staff will go out of their way to make you whatever you like at a very reasonable price! Probably one of the most relaxing places I have ever been to. The 3rd time vacationing at Casuarina Palm villa, the view facing the sea is very beautiful. The environment is calm, clean. All the staff are very cooperative. A vacation spot that is highly recommended for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The greatest place we have visited so far. Best for privacy and security guarantee. Love the huge and clear water pool. We felt welcome by the staff and the service was the best! Highly recommended for family!!

My wife and I along with our friends stayed at Casuarina Palm Villa for 4 days and it was one of the best local holidays we've had in a while. Having the beach in the backyard felt great and waking up to the sound of waves was just a dream. A very spacious place for 6 people. The staff there were very helpful and accommodating to our requests with food and items for leisure! Will definitely come again in the near future!

Kudat Riviera was awesome! We stayed at Casuarina Palms Villa and it was a luxurious stay. The staff Francisca, welcomed us with a very heart-warming welcome, even though we arrived there a bit late and she’s willing to assist us with everything that we requested for. Kudos to the breakfast and dinner team, Olga, Eli, and Fadzli for preparing delicious meal for us. The villa is enormously big, facing by the beach. Its good for couples to have their honeymoon or perhaps anyone who just want a sweet escape from works and stuff. I’m sure will be staying here again. Thank you Kudat Riviera for letting us having this wonderful experience.
