I consider myself super lucky to book this resort on mmt. This resort is located in super amazing view area, which is not very far from city point as well. The moment you enter in this resort, you are just amazed, its so beautifully and very aesthetically done. You smell the freshness in air as you take a stroll in garden. Those high mountains covered with snow is a treat to eyes. Its not that i am exaggerating the beauty, but it’s a reality, you feel like in heaven. Perfect hospitality from phadi accent people, smile and the innocence on their faces win ones heart. Buffet was very delicious, though not very spread out, but it was fresh and warm and tasty too. Their tandoori items are out of the world, must try it out. Good clean and well kept rooms with the fantastic view from the bed. As i was a solo traveller, the staff was very helpful in arranging my sightseeing. For me it was a perfect holiday. I recommend this property to all those travellers who love nature and want to enjoy the beauty of hills.

The Stay Experience was very good rooms are well maintained and clean house keeping staff is very prompt even if you forget to tell them to clean the rooms they will keep reminding, well that was not all to win the heart that we had a wonderful experience at the in house restaurant where everyone was really on their toes for a excellent service the food was really good and the staff takes care of the ambiance playing soft music during dinner special thanks to Mr Vikrant Thakur who has taken extra effort to arrange the food which wasn’t available in the restaurant everyone was really courteous and very polite and just know their work well.

Manali, over the years has become too crowded for my liking and my last trip in 2019 was kind of a disappointment in terms of options to stay and the location. Thought of staying further up than Old Manali this time around and found this gem of a place called The Tranquil Inn because the name itself was quite inviting. Having stayed there for 3 days, I am happy to recommend this property for a number of reasons. Far away from the hustle & bustle of the main town, surrounded by apple orchards or distant mountains, cordial staff, delicious food, and not to forget the 'tranquility'. We were two people and lived in one of the standard rooms that had a balcony overlooking 3 (at least, most were frozen because of the weather) waterfalls in the distance. The rooms were equipped with all the amenities listed on the website and were clean besides being in good condition. Staff was more than willing to serve us and were even available to chat and inform us about the local scene. All in all, if peace, seclusion, noise free environment, good food is what you look for when in the hills, you can book this place and thank me later.

I stayed at gezellig inn - magic mountain, kasol during peak season of new year and totally loved the service they provided. The stay experience was pleasant and they took care of everything that i asked for. The staff was very polite and dedicated. Even on the day of checkout, since my travel was planned early morning they arranged the breakfast early as per my demand. I would surely recommend this place for the people who wants to stay in kasol at any time

We came across this place while searching for a place to stay near Jalori pass which could cater to needs of a kid 10 months old travelling in hills for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and warmth we were greeted with. Staff is friendly, suite given to us was spacious and clean. My toddler loved crawling on the floor and enough space to play. Food was delicious, we were even treated to some authentic Himalayan food. Rocky, owner of the place is full of adventure and can guide you to places not seen on map. Ask him nicely and he might take you *****. They took care of all our needs. Overall a 5 star experience. Would love to visit again.

This property reminds one of hotels of the yore. Huge, wood building with large rooms, It’s a large property with large open spaces and greenery and the owners have resisted the urge to add rooms by destroying the green spaces. It is exactly this expanse that attracts travellers like us to this property. It was off-season when we visited so some renovations were going on. I think the bar was under redesign and seemed to be getting a nice facelift. Rooms are large and airy. Food was okay considering only skeletal staff was available. Parking may be an issue during season but not sure. The location is one of the best in ***ali bang in the middle of circuit house road, a mere couple of minutes walk from Mall and another couple minutes to Old ***ali. I will definitely go back when visiting ***ali next.
