As always, to maintain the level of aman, there is a special person to pick up and pick up luggage from the plane. The ritual check-in experience is superb. The Indonesian fried rice and noodles are especially recommended. As soon as you go out, you must be cleaned and your items returned to the room. Although it is the rainy season, the sun is shining in the morning for half a day, and the night pavilion is really content to listen to the rain. The hotel has a variety of activities such as watching Borobudur sunrise, horse riding and picnics, the service is good, and of course the fees are higher. It is said that since February 6, the hotel will be renovated behind closed doors. After all, it has been in operation for 22 years. I look forward to the new look and the better.

When I booked this Hotel by phone, the staff gave a good and polite explanation about the Hotel surroundings, when i did check in process on 02nd of January 2021 i got a warmly greetings from the front office staff, he explained all of policy this hotel during we stayed with smiles, although I didn't see his smile because he was wearing a mask, but I could feel it. We got a complimentary 1 bottle hand sanitizer during we stayed, that was a special concern for guests and made me feel well cared as a guest, especially during the current pandemic. We stayed in room 307, the room clean, tidy, quite, with the best view in the morning, full toiletries, and 2 bottles of mineral water with large size 😊. The pool clean with floor not slippery on the roof top. Breakfasts delivered to the room on time, good taste with the right portion and not over. I hope this hotel always gets high occupancy every day and continue to maintain the best service for guest, success for all employees, especially for Mba Feby, Mas Gregory, Mas Zayn, Mas Halim, Mas Awan. I highly recommend this Hotel for you guys who need a good place in the jogja. 🙏🏿😊

Hi Good day to Novotel Hotel staffs. I'm here writing a review of my good and pleasant stay under the name of Samsudin Bin Samat of room 8801 dated 1st Dec 2023. Before my stayed there I had called up said hotel and spoke to one of your staff named Ms Kindra and my queries was met up well with the help of said staff Ms Kindra. Upon my arrival in Novotel itself was welcomed with a helpful concierge/bellboy plum looking with all my luggages with his smiles. At the reception counter when doing my check into 2 rooms of 8801 & 8807 was assisted by one of the receptionist and to my surprise looking at her name tag named Kindra. She welcomed us too with smile and guided us through the process. At one point she even tap up for me into the elevator up in spite of her doing her work. Located a very convenient 5 minutes courtesy shuttle ride from the new YIA airport but too far (1 hour on express train!) from Yogyakarta city. So a peaceful retreat for a quiet relaxing break or a simple overnight, preflight stopover. The hotel is still looking as brand new as it only opened one year ago! Public areas and facilities are all immaculate condition and clean. Smallish pool area on ground floor is obscured by the shadow of high rise tower so only gets the direct sunshine in the morning. There was no pool attendant on duty at the times of my visits, a bit worrisome as very young kids were left unsupervised and playing in the 1.7mtr deep pool - though it was evident to me that none of them could swim! Management please take note as this is an accident just waiting to happen...! Room was large, comfortably furnished with all the modern conveniences you could want or expect including an extensive 24-hours F&B room service menu. In-house laundry was very reasonably priced and efficiently quick. A pleasant outdoor terrace and indoors the rooftop bar/lounge with spacious seating and wrap around windows looking out at the countryside scenery. A live band was playing each evening at the time of my visit over the Xmas holiday period, but sadly there was never more than 3 or 4 other guests sat in there on any evening. Bar staff were friendly but quite limited in their ability to speak English, so if like I was, you're a Solo guest be prepared for a quiet evening!

The location is very to airport with hotel free shuttle bus. it is a bit far from yogyakarta town and tour destination. hotel staff services were excellent , hotel facilities are very new and food was delicious . i will come to stay again and again.

This hotel is inside Yogyakarta international airport (YIA). Just need to take lift from the arrival hall. Since YIA is situated 40KM from the city, its a best option if you have a early morning or late night flight. It took us only 5 min to reach the departure check in counter from the hotel. The hotel is very new and with all necessary amenities and neatly maintained. The staff was helpful, there are few food options in the arrival hall, but all of them were closed by 7PM, The hotel room service provide food till 10PM, it was good and reasonably priced.

This hotel is suitable for me as a solo traveler, although the rooms are small but I like it for transit because my train at the midnight, close to Lempuyangan Station about 5 minutes by car, but not so close to Malioboro if you walk. The private bedroom with ensuite bathroom (has amenity too), a Smart TV (this is very important) and comfy bed is very good and comfortable to me compared to ”real cabin/capsul hotel”, the minus is it doesn't have a window (to outside). The price is reasonable and better if you go show to the hotel than OTA. Thank you Mr. Dedi to your hospitality !

The location of the hotel is in housing complex, but, easy to find and also easy access to main street. Bedroom and bathroom is clean. Don't expect to much on the room since the size is small and they don't provide electric kettle, but you can go to the dining area to get, hot/cold water from eater dispenser. They provide breakfast but very standard menu and the taste of food should be improved. Only the toast I can accept during my stay. But, the price of this hotel is worth it. The receptionist told me that this hotel usually booked by group tour, so that they only have 1 deluxe room and 1 suite room. The other room is standard room.

The receptionist are never smile, when i check in on March 7/20 @12.30 PM and i request for wake up call @5.00 AM to Lilis (GSA) for early morning flight but nobody set it up. So i wake up @5.32 AM and get hurry for it, i call the night shift incharge he said the wake up call is set up @10.20 AM, so funny. Its better i stay in small hostel with USD 5, with friendly staff and clean room. Because i will flight early morning so i have to stay near airport thats why i choose this terrible hotel without wake up call. I know you guys build this hotel near airport for the part of the guest who lookin for their flight so please be aware. Room is clean but many ants on the table when i put my bakpia they swarm it arround. Thanks for ”Good” service Johan
