nice hotel with good rooms kinda far from a station but otherwise good!

Nice and quiet place , good rest and a lot of parking available

朝食はバイキングでしたが、種類が少なかったです

Breakfast was a buffet, but there wasn't much variety.

部屋は少し狭かったですが、ホテルは清潔で過ごしやすかったです。ホテルの方も親切な対応でした。あと車で行きましたが、場所はわかりづらかったです。

The room was a little small, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was also kind. I went there by car, but it was difficult to find the place.

Front desk, housekeeping and breakfast room staff provide excellent service.  We will stay again. 


The hotel had ample parking and spacious grounds - perfect if you are doing a lot of driving. Not centrally located but easy access to bypass and airport road which lets you skip downtown congestion. Breakfast was uninspired for the price; you're better off buying at the Lawson's down the street.

Tissue paper out so had to call service.  The only one ice machine at hotel was out of order! Had to call service desk again. 

Breakfast not like on website photo little disappointed.

Overall the stay was good we were upset because on the website it said a pool was available and when me and my family went to the pool we were told we weren’t allowed to because we did not live in Kumamoto. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel and my kids were very upset

다리가 불편하여 장애인 전용 실을 요청하였는데, 장애인을 위한 전용객실이 2개 준비되어 있었습니다. 복도와 객실 내부에는 핸드레일이 설치되어 있고 문은 미닫이 문이었으며, 화장실은 욕조와 주변에 장애인을 위한 시설로 되어 있었습니다. 배려 차원에서 최고의 숙소라고 생각합니다. 구마모토 현청사와 가까워서 루피 동상 미니어처를 파는 곳입니다. 훌륭한 숙소 입니다.

I requested a room exclusively for people with disabilities because I have trouble with my legs, and there were two rooms available for people with disabilities. There were handrails installed in the hallways and inside the rooms, the doors were sliding doors, and the bathroom had a bathtub and surrounding facilities for the disabled. I think this is the best accommodation in terms of consideration. This place is close to the Kumamoto Prefectural Government Building and sells miniature Luffy statues. This is a great accommodation.

It is a hotel close to Kumamoto prefectural office. It is a little far from downtown, so it is not within walking distance from the station, but in front of Kumamoto prefectural office, about ５ minutes walk, high-speed buses and limited Express buses from various parts of Kyushu stop. The airport limousine bus also stops, so I think it is accessible when you come by bus. Of course, there is also a parking lot, so I think it is good to come by private cars or rental cars. In addition, when going to the downtown area, the bus can be used from the Tersa Mae bus stop of Kumamoto City bus if only the time is available, and there are many buses from the prefectural office Mae bus stop, so I didn't feel bitter about access. The room was renewed since I stayed before, and the unit bus was especially clean. There is also a sofa in the single room and it is made up of a large size. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the number of rooms was small, so it was Sunday, but it was not crowded and I was able to relax.

It was far from the center of Kumamoto, but it was an appearance cherry blossom facility ◎, room ◎, bed ◎, bath ◎, amenities ◎. In addition, the gym facilities were available. I want to stay again.

The building could do with refurbishment or modernisation. It feels dated. Despite it being a large facility, it is a shame there is no onsen. Gym only opens after 10am and closed on Tuesdays. The hotel is very clean and the aircon works well.
