Nice place and close to Sakuramachi Bus terminal and Kumamoto Castle

Room small and luggage have limited space to place, breakfast ok.

It's close to Kumamoto Bus Terminal and the large public bath is convenient. It's nice that we were upgraded to a larger room. It's good value for money

The facilities are a bit old, and physical keys are still used. The sound insulation is very poor and I was woken up by people on the same floor at night. Breakfast is ok and the staff's service attitude is good.

It's a 10-minute walk from the tram station. There's a large shopping mall about a 15-minute walk away, with a variety of restaurants and izakayas, so the hotel was in a better location than I expected. There was a large bath, but it was a bit old-fashioned, but considering the cost performance, it's a hotel I'd like to stay at again.

The location was great! The bed was clean. I was a little concerned about the bathroom.

You need to take two tram stops to get there. I will stay there again next time.

The hotel environment is decent. The hotel is comfortable for business people. I don't recommend it. I think it's an old-fashioned hotel.

The location is a 5-minute walk from Sakuramachi (it feels like 2 minutes), so it was great to catch the bus departing in the morning! The staff were friendly, but please note that they did not speak English very well!

Non-smoking rooms available at a reasonable price. The size is about the size of a Japanese business hotel. The bathtub is narrow, but it's ok because there is a large communal bath.

Location is good I stayed there for a day on a bike trip. Bike parking was available for free The bed was suitable for single use.
