The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and sweet! Food was yummy! And the buffet was good. Really liked the surroundings and the ambience. Would really recommend to friends and family and would definitely come and again with my family

While exploring the beautiful town of Thekkady on our business trip, we stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant offering a buffet lunch. It turned out to be an amazing find! The buffet lunch at "Patio" Restaurant had an impressive spread, featuring a delightful mix of local Kerala and North Indian dishes and a few international options. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite. The spices and flavors were perfectly balanced, making each dish a treat for the taste buds. The highlights were definitely the traditional Kerala dishes. The Paneer Dish was rich and flavorful, and the other vegetarian options were just as satisfying. The dessert section, with its assortment of local sweets and fresh fruits, was the perfect way to end the meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, providing a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the meal. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Overall, this unexpected stop turned into one of the most memorable meals of our trip. If you find yourself in Thekkady, I highly recommend giving this buffet a try. It’s a hidden gem that should not be missed!

Amazing property and very spacious rooms. The food is excellent and delicious. The whole staff is very courteous and helpful. We stayed here for only one day but wish we had booked for few more days just to enjoy the property and hospitality. Highly recommend this for a minimum of 2-3 days stay

I was visited here for my sister's wedding anniversary celebration, and we have an unexpected experience here as nice ambience, room interiors especially the food also. The elephant court's interior is like an ancient decor .we have visited here at the right time at right place .

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The staff is very polite and helpful. The service is superb fast. Food is just wowwww 😋😋😋😋. The resort has activities and pool area where you can spend time. The ambience is so calm and relaxing.👍👍

This is one of the best hotels, I stayed recently. Environment is very neat and employees were very courteous. Especially, Deeya, Neeraja and in restaurant Padmanabhan etc., to name a few. All staffs are very polite and humble. Nice stay here and definitely recommending to my friends. Balaji & Kalpana Balaji, Chennai

It was a good stay experience at the elephant court. The rooms were clean and good. The ambience of the resort is also good. We enjoyed our Anniversary there. The staff especially Vishnupriya at the reception and m.rajesh and nitish at the restaurant made our stay memorable. Kudos to the entire team.

Perfect location for the resort ,staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
