We have booked mountain view room was we had great fun and we had their lunch was delicious with multiple verity like veg n non veg starter chiken was delicious and while eating lunch nununi was good at service nununi thank you for great service

Wonderful experience for the family. Especially for kids. The food and hospitality is top notch. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. Room service and restaurant staff went extra mile towards customer delight.

It was a awesome stay at The Fern. Beautiful lobby, lush green campus, well maintained and clean swimming pool, eating joints... Over all our stay was memorable there. I would specially like to mention Nununi who really took very special care of us. She is very charming girl and became friend of my daughter with in a moment. Also I can't forget to mention Miss Rohini who equally took great care of us. God bless u Nununi and Rohini and keep smiling always. I would certainly like to visit again this property.

Hi, I recently visited the fern with my family. I booked the Hazel Suite via Makemytrip. After I booked I happened to check reviews in Google and was a little skeptical about the booking, so I immediately emailed them. They were quick to respond and informed me that whatever issues have been mentioned on reviews have been fixed and I needn't worry about my stay. I must say the stay was beyond my expectations, great staff, great property and great service. I travelled with a 2yr and 10yr old and it was just perfect for them Right from the reception staff to the cafe staff to housekeeping Everyone was amazing. Special mention for Luri, Nununi, Ajay, Omkar, Rohini, Kusum, Feli, and the Front Office Manager Akash, everyone took care of everything. It's amazing how they have employees from different states and everyone is just fantastic. a huge tha k you to everyone out there. I may have missed some names but everyone was just prompt and helpful. the rooms were clean, well maintained and spacious. Thank you again Just a suggestion only the the games room needs more maintenance.

Nununi from Glass Cafe served us really well through out our visit to Fern Lonavala She was extremely sweet and graciously attended us The food was good but Nununi’s service made our experience even better Not just us she was attending everyone with positive energy and always kept a smile Chef Chandrakant was great he custom made the food which we did not like His food was terrific

Mr Akash Rokhade the manager was really helpful and welcoming He ensured we checked in with ease and provided with refreshments while we waited as it took long for the room to be vacated He helped with my further travel journey also and guided us thoroughly

Management review- poor We did booking from Agoda for Hazel suite room for weekend stay! After reaching hotel, front desk kept us waiting for 30+min as they had no such booking in their system and they were checking after taking details from us. After the long wait, room was allotted. Being weekend, management should be aware of guests coming to breakfast! We were at 9 am for breakfast and there was no place to sit. They made the guests sit in parallel restaurant! All that we ordered from live counter did not reach us inspite of waiting whole time. After asking the service staff he said there are too many guests so live counter is busy. Its disappointing to encounter such experience after specifically choosing best hotel in Lonavala. Good takeaway- Suite room is excellent with amenities! Restaurant Room service and food quality is also excellent
