Close to downtown and good services , staff is helpful

This is the hotel I stayed in on my first day in Yunnan. I stayed in a family room. There was a road under construction in front of the hotel. I looked for it for a while before I found it. When we arrived at the hotel, my friend took us out for supper. We returned to the hotel at around 2 o'clock. We had to catch the train at around 6 o'clock. I stayed in the hotel for about four hours! I didn't have much experience with this hotel and didn't want to comment on it. But when I was sitting on the small bed in the hotel and changing my slippers, I almost fell. I pulled open the bed sheet and saw that the mattress was completely broken. I didn't know what it was and thought it was a shabby hotel. Is this the bedding that a four-star hotel should have?

The hotel is located on Kunming Nanping Pedestrian Street, but it's about one kilometer away from the pedestrian street. You need to swipe your card to get to the hotel elevator, which is OK. The hotel is very upscale and has a great location. However, due to the recent road construction at the entrance, the navigation route recognition is not very good, so we had to walk a long way from the hotel entrance to the Nanqiang Night Market. In fact, it is about one kilometer away from the right side of the hotel. Other facilities are very good, but it seems that some people downstairs have dinner at night and stay until the early morning, which is a bit noisy. But overall it is still recommended.

Check-in experience: 1. It is not far from the Golden Horse and Jade Rooster. It can be reached on foot in more than ten minutes. It is not on the main road, but it is easy to get in and out; 2. I stayed in a superior twin room on the 8th floor. The room was slightly larger, with a balcony and a reasonable layout; 3. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. The hot water temperature is high but the water pressure is unstable. The main reason is that the bathroom towels are old and slightly yellow; 4. The room exhaust uses the central temperature control of the hotel. The room air conditioner is only decorated and cannot adjust the heating and cooling functions independently. The hotel heated room temperature is as high as 27 or 28 degrees; 5. There is a bar downstairs, and there is noise at night, and there is currently road construction downstairs, which is still under construction at 11:30 in the evening, which has a great impact on rest; 6. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. Parking in the parking lot downstairs belongs to the property and you have to pay for it at your own expense. As shown in Figure 5, I checked in at around 9:30 in the evening and left at 9 in the morning. The parking fee is 17 yuan, for reference only.

Environment: There are constructions everywhere in Kunming. This time it happened to be at the entrance of the hotel, so the environment around the hotel is relatively noisy. I personally think that the entrance space is too large and squeezes a lot of rest space. And the lights in the entrance are inductive. If the luggage is placed at the door and it is light and dark when it is sorted, it is very inconvenient.
