The bathroom in the room feels a bit like a hotel, but a disposable toilet seat is provided. It is located on the top floor, 31st floor. The signs are quite obvious, but it is still a bit scary to find the room on the corridor at night. The reception is on the first floor.

The overall experience is acceptable and suitable for travelers with moderate budgets and low requirements for comfort. If you are looking for higher quality of service, it is recommended to choose a chain brand of the same price range.

Receptionist or boss? Poor attitude and lying! This seems to be the first time I have received a negative review since I started using Ctrip, which is very annoying. I looked for this room type in order to see the nearby real estate and overall planning. The picture should be from a high floor where you can see the city. Picture 1 is the one introduced on Ctrip. But after you arrive, you can’t see the hotel brand and entrance after following the positioning first. I called to ask, but the boss was very impatient. There was no one at the front desk. I called and told me the card number and took it upstairs. The front desk was not in the same building as the one I lived in, so I had to go around to the building next door. The point is that they gave me the worst house. It didn’t match the pictures. It didn’t have a good view outside. The windows weren’t closed tightly and they weren’t cleaned. The windows were full of dust and bugs. There was a construction site outside. I was afraid of the noise and couldn't sleep well. I looked at Ctrip's introduction and found that the room type and description were wrong. So I re-read the hotel introduction. It turned out that this was the cheapest room. I called the front desk to ask for a room change. My attitude became even worse. What could I say? It's not a star-rated hotel, so I gave you a quiet room at the top. I said it didn't match what I booked. The boss said that you hadn't checked out or cleaned the room before you booked it. Well, I came after 12 o'clock as requested, right? I can check in at 12 o'clock. Why don't you make arrangements for me and make a bad one? ? Later, I moved to another apartment at my request. Except for the window view and the introduction, the apartment layout was almost the same and a bit cleaner. However, the bed board was too hard and I don’t know what material it was made of. What kind of business is this if you don't give them a room when it's available? Look at the picture, that's the first house. Is the wallpaper moldy or something? There are a bunch of old TVs on the balcony, making me live in a warehouse? The first pictures above are the first one I stayed in. The last picture is the one I booked, but it is not the one with the best view. Isn't it because the view is better because of the higher price? Overall, it was a terrible experience to receive this person. If you are the boss, I suggest you not stay here. If you are working part-time, the boss can give you snacks and find someone else!
