The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to tourist attractions near Dianchi lake and Xishan (West mountain). Hotel staff are friendly and keen to assist. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are a few hot spring pools available for hotel guests to enjoy. And swimming pool, etc. I am quite happy with the stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Very family friendly hotel, great service, beautiful scenarios and delicious breakfast. My kid enjoyed their swimming pools and garden area so much and kept mentioning them after we left. I should also mention that the photography package came along with the hotel reservation was such an excellent deal. Our photographer 梨子 from 恒壹旅拍 was super professional and patient with kids. We are really satisfied with the experience and enjoyed the beautiful photos we got to take home with.

Great hotel if you are looking for a place with a great view and close to the ethnic village. Service from Kaia was great! She addressed all the questions we had and helped us with our luggages and needed amenities. It’s a family-place with a number of children, hence if you are looking for a more adult-friendly place with some quietness this may not be the place for you

Everything is good, but food (in-room dining) is atrocious. My 2nd meal consist of mostly chilli and bones; barely any meat. Employee was sincerely apologetic after I feedbacked.

We arrived at 8:30pm and the front desk was short staffed (only one person for such a big hotel). Need to wait to be served. Location is great. And our room is modern, spacious, and nice. Food is average though.

Good hotel in Kunming. Close to the lake, but a little far from downtown.

I loved my stay at Hualuxe. I was able to talk to them through wechat before coming to confirm Covid-19 testing policies. The service was great, he hotel was clean, and the grounds are beautiful! The staff was very helpful and assisted me in booking a car to visit the Stone Forest. The location is far from the city. I loved being close to the lake and walked there a few times. Overall, it was a great stay!

Very accommodating and great amenities. Loved the buffet breakfast and the hot pools. Wish the big pool would have been heated, very chilly.

The experience was great. The breakfasts were very complete, perhaps lacking a little more pastries. The room was very comfortable and easy to access. The exterior surroundings of the rooms are beautiful. The service coordinated by Cathy was very friendly and the attention was in English, which is appreciated by those of us who do not speak Chinese yet.

I booked this hotel because I saw there was a hot spring. It seemed to be a sanatorium in the past. The overall environment is very comfortable, the garden and green plant design is great, the facilities are also complete, there are gyms, swimming pools, etc. The garden hot spring can be soaked in the evening, and there are very few people, the experience is good. There are also free yoga classes. Each room also comes with a travel photo, and the photos are amazing! Before check-in, the housekeeper Mia will contact in advance and ask about some check-in requirements, which is very considerate. We need to replace the latex pillow in our room, and we also have to make reservations for travel photos and yoga classes. Mia helped arrange them very well, and the check-in experience was very smooth and pleasant~

Facilities: relatively new, no problems encountered during use. Hygiene: clean and tidy, no problems encountered. Environment: Huayu is in Chinese style, and it is still very photogenic with ancient costumes. Service: home-like service. There are both pre-adjustments and post-adjustments, and ask about specific check-in requirements and check-in experience. I have to praise Ella for following up on check-in matters very diligently and responsibly.
