Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

Great value. Rooms are spacious and clean, convenient location. Would recommend and will come back again.

This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

The front desk lady is very gentle, because the attitude is very good when there are many people, if it is not for the current price of road construction at the door, the family is very happy.

Because of the business trip, I booked this hotel. The hotel is very close to Kunshan South Station, and it only takes about ten minutes by taxi. It is about ten minutes' walk from Huanghe Road Snack Street and Golden Eagle, which is quite convenient. This is an old star hotel in Kunshan City. Except that the equipment and decoration of the room are a bit old, everything else is available. The most surprising thing is the beautiful front desk lady ”He Jiangxin” who checked in on the first day. Maybe it was because I stayed for three consecutive nights. She upgraded me from the original executive king room to the executive suite. The space is really large. Next time I come to Kunshan for business, I will continue to choose to stay here.

Extremely close to Kunshan South railway station. Rooms are so so. Breakfast is decent. Very close to a shopping mall with all amenities. Would for sure stay here again next time.

If you are a family during the holiday, I will not consider staying here again. The smell of smoke is unacceptable... The non-smoking floor also smells of smoke🚬 The biggest problem is that the elevators for guests and banquets are not distinguished. Going up and down the stairs is so slow that it makes you feel like your soul is leaving your body. The swimming pool and fitness floor may be outsourced, full of mixed feelings. There were too many people at the National Day breakfast, and the product and quality are not worthy of the five-star and the charge. The shared underground parking lot in the shopping mall is also quite chaotic during peak hours. The service is okay, and the waiters are busy and tired. There are also advantages. The toilet basin and bathtub in the bathroom are new. The hotel is not expensive during the National Day holiday (less than 600 yuan per breakfast). The hotel is difficult to park during peak hours, but it is also because of the good location. It is very convenient to eat and drink in the mall, and it is also convenient to take out. The robot can deliver it to the door of the room. Leave the parking lot 30 minutes after registering the license plate. Parents do not experience it, so I will not comment.

The hotel itself was nice and modern, but the room was a bit smelly, someone smoked there before. Also for this kind of hotel I would expect English speaking personnel at the reception desk. But all in all fine.

The breakfast bread and noodles are delicious. The waiters are cordial, friendly, customer-focused and considerate. The room, bathroom and ground floor were clean and satisfactory. The staff were soo polite when we arrived and helpful. It was the little touches that made us feel special...example it was really hot and they brought us a complimentary Ice Lemon Tea which was so refreshing. And another day we were waiting for a taxi and they brought us each a bottle of water. Just so kind. And the rooms were so clean and well decorated. And loved the sheets, pillows and bed. Was so comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Overall a wonderful hotel and customer service experience.
