This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

The hotel itself was nice and modern, but the room was a bit smelly, someone smoked there before.
Also for this kind of hotel I would expect English speaking personnel at the reception desk. But all in all fine.

The staff were soo polite when we arrived and helpful. It was the little touches that made us feel special...example it was really hot and they brought us a complimentary Ice Lemon Tea which was so refreshing. And another day we were waiting for a taxi and they brought us each a bottle of water. Just so kind. And the rooms were so clean and well decorated. And loved the sheets, pillows and bed. Was so comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Overall a wonderful hotel and customer service experience.

We were a group of six and booked a weekend room. It was quite popular. The toiletries and perfumes were all luxury brands. Afternoon tea, evening sweet soup, welcome fruit, cola, soda water, milk and other drinks were simply endless. Everything you can think of was arranged. The butler service was absolutely in place. They took the initiative to communicate with us before we checked in and established a five-person service team. The main focus was comfort and casualness. You couldn't feel their presence during your stay. Once you had a need or request, you would speak in the group, and the message would be replied in seconds and solved immediately. At this time, you would find that he (she) was by your side. The best place to relax and unwind on weekends, it is worth recommending!

Clean room centrally located inside zhou zhuang. So it allows u to explore the place at night.
A bit of a walk through the uneven pavement and up and down a bridge, with our heavy luggage and mum’s difficulty to walk is not the best. However, to stay within zhou zhuang, that’s the only option. Ask for 2nd floor rooms will be even better. Our room is back facing the alley where the housekeepers walk in and out chatting .
Owner is also very nice and friendly.

Great little place to stay. I booked the room with a balcony view. Enjoyed sitting on the chairs in the morning and evening. Mosquito netting around the bed is perfect for a good night sleep. Overall I would love to come back here again.
No issue with Food Delivery into the park. Hotel staff were helpful in arranging Taxi Service to Oriental Land Station (100RMB).
Enjoyed the shops and plenty to do over a couple days if you like to take your time strolling leisurely. Also traveled to Suzhou canals near Qilishantang and Pingjiang which are great as well.

JJairoOur experience at this hotel could not have been better—it was truly beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a historic house with sophisticated decor that exudes charm and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to please us, attending to every detail with care.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious afternoon tea, featuring a homemade tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. The staff is well-prepared to receive foreign guests; Miss Yang, in particular, speaks excellent English and is very kind.
Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and exceptional stay in Zhouzhuang.

GGuest UserThe B&B is located in the Zhouzhuang Scenic Area, next to the river. When you go out, you can see small bridges and flowing water and people’s houses! The store has complete facilities and is clean and hygienic. Especially the boss’s service is enthusiastic and he went outside the scenic area to pick us up and take us to the parking lot. Especially after we left the store, we ran out for half an hour only to find that we had forgotten our mobile phone at the store in the scenic spot. After contacting the boss, he ran to pick it up for us without saying anything. He also specially delivered it to the parking lot of the scenic spot. Thank you very much to the boss! I wish the boss a prosperous business!

The beautiful hostess is warm and service-oriented. The guide to Zhouzhuang will be sent in advance. There is unlimited fruit drinks in the public area. A small suggestion is that a curtain can be added to the bathing area, which is more convenient.

I particularly like the location because it is within walking distance from the Kunshan Culture and Art Center. It is so convenient to watch performances from Shanghai, especially when there are some popular performances that cannot be bought in Shanghai. The curve saves the country and the price-performance ratio is unparalleled.

GGuest UserOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

SSufeijiebudiaokafeiFairmont Hotel is located in a great location of Yangcheng Lake, and you can enjoy the open lake view in the room. Although there were many tourists during the National Day holiday, the hotel still provided home-like service. We originally booked an ordinary lake view room, but later upgraded to Jinzun Lake View for 466 yuan after arriving at the hotel, and we can enjoy the afternoon tea and happy hour in the executive lounge, which feels very worthwhile. There are not many guests on the executive floor, and you can enjoy the lake view and sunset during afternoon tea and dinner. It feels very quiet and enjoyable. The service staff on the executive floor are also very professional and responsive. After dinner, I accompanied my child to make handmade lipstick. There was only our family, and the service staff still served enthusiastically and patiently, which was very grateful. The facilities were deducted 0.5 stars because the small amusement park on the 2nd floor needs to be renovated and repaired. Because it is positioned as a parent-child hotel, I hope the hotel will still build parent-child facilities well.

GGuest UserThe hotel service and amenities was well met with what is expected of a 5 star hotels. The extra provided with the Lamborghini Suite room is all fulfilled. Complimentary welcome drinks, lounge access and free mini bar.
The only issue is that due to the hotel bedroom is facing the mall, noises (songs and traffics) is very noticable at nights. Early night sleep is not possible unless you are wearing earplug.
There are many areas around the hotel to visit or fulfill you meal requirement. The location is also quite convenient. The recently finish MRT line is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. You can take this line and 30 minutes ride to connect to the Shanghai MRT Line 11.

GGuest UserLocation was perfect and also my initial consideration, right at the center of city. No much to expect except for those standard items example - service, cleanliness or comfortability therefore to my surprise, the rooms were cosy and clean (guessed it’s because they were newly renovated or not long ago) but, but except for some minor hiccups example - air conditioning controls (remote and wall mounted) + room WiFi needs pre-logging on before connectable (used my phone hotspot to fix problem)! Everything was fine until the next day slightly before checking out, they cut off my room electricity abruptly half an hour before checkout time! Imagine if you’re still using the bathroom! This needs serious attention as I have never encounter such scenarios before, in my entire life experience of travelings and staying in hotels. Never. Of course my booking came with the “late checkout privilege” so why the rush? Oh and they did offer an upgrade of room (when checking in) but, but with additional charges! Wondering if these misunderstandings were “intentional” or caused by miscommunication between the hotel management and platform, a sales technique? Please clarify: rewards enjoyable/ available after booking, if possible thank you

The restaurant on the seventh floor has a good view of Yangcheng Lake. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and took a beautiful photo of the sunset by the Yangcheng Lake.
