After I arrived in the room, the hygiene on the sheets and pillowcases was extremely poor. There was still that kind of broken hair scum on the pillowcase. I asked if it was the hourly room opened by other guests. The sheets and quilts and pillowcases were not changed. The hotel staff said that he didn’t know, and then the front desk changed me a room. I changed a room and didn’t pay attention to the pillowcase at the beginning. When I washed and slept, I found that there was still dirt on the pillowcase. I felt that a Vienna hotel was not a small hotel on the roadside. The hygiene is really bad, the last one is to change the pillowcase of the room.

The lady at the front desk had a very good attitude, but handling so many things by one person greatly increased the cost of the stay. Waiting time for customers! I felt terrible having to wait for more than half an hour to fix the air conditioner and change rooms late at night with my 2-year-old child! Finally, I was moved to a room on the 4th floor. After washing, I found that the socket in the room was not working. I called the front desk to tell them that I could change rooms. It was already past 10 p.m.! I don't have the energy to change rooms anymore. I can only use the only uninterruptible power socket on the desk to dry my hair, boil water, and charge my mobile phone. The front desk actively handled socket repairs early the next morning. I forgot to clean my coat when I changed rooms for the first time, and my aunt put it away for me. Everyone has a good service attitude and actively helps solve problems when they encounter them. However, there will be more guests during holidays, but the number of staff will decrease, which will definitely affect the service quality. I hope the hotel can reasonably arrange work during holidays in the future.

A holiday trip that exceeded my expectations. Xiaohongshu mentioned that the park where the hotel is located is close to the high-speed rail, and I was worried about the noise of the high-speed rail, but there was no noise at all. The suite is very large, with a huge balcony spanning two rooms and overlooking the lake. The hardware of the room definitely exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was very rich. I was very surprised to find such a cost-effective hotel during the Labor Day holiday! It should be the closest hotel to Shanghai. The lobby is magnificent. After all, it is under InterContinental. We upgraded to a 56-square-meter garden view room, which was very comfortable for two people. Dinner was enjoyed at Su Noodle House. It was understandable that we had to wait for a while during the holiday. The breakfast the next day was also very rich. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Central Park. It's nothing special but not crowded. It's nice to experience a slow life. It's about a 20-minute drive to Xiemaqiao Ancient Town and Baodao Youyi Village. Overall, I am very satisfied and give it a good review!

Perfect hotel for a 4 day, 3 night stay. Breakfast is available but we had other arrangements so we did not partake but they had a good sized spread of Western-Chinese food. The pool was really nice. Worked well for us because my younger child had a shallow pool to play in and my older child could swim in the bigger pool. Easily accessible to Guangming Metro, Line 11 (15 minute walk or 5 minute Didi ride). Room with a Central Park view was great and it offered black out curtains. Hotel check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating. Good size room with a nice sized bed. Tub and shower available. I would book again when visiting Huaqiao.
