Family-friendly Hotels in Kunshan

My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Motivated to write a review as there was not too much information when I was booking. Location It is outside the scenic area (read paid entry). However it is just 100m from one of the entrances making it easy to enter. Use baidu maps to locate it as it is not correctly pinpointed elsewhere. They do offer a pickup service I think if you call to inform them. Not sure from where though. Rooms 3 storey building with different themed rooms. Beautiful design throughout and modern - such juxtaposition against the surroundings. The main difference with the Mulan lodgings in the scenic area is that there is underfloor heating which makes it a lot more comfortable in winter. The family room I booked had a very nice Kohler bathtub which we took advantage of Food There is no breakfast options by the hotel but there are many food options around and just outside the hotel. Mulan runs a beautifully designed restaurant inside the scenic area which again stands out from the other more traditionally designed restaurants. Prices are a little more but the ambience and service are excellent. Service The reception staff was oddly not fond of making eye contact or any sort of small talk. He does answer directed questions but is nothing close to friendly or warm. He also did not offer any information on checking us in and we had to ask for information re wifi access and entry to scenic area etc the cleaning ladies are very pleasant though. Conclusions Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay in with good location and rooms. There are not much by the way of amenities or service but I would stay here again should I come by Zhouzhuang.

The hotel is very big and has a good environment. We arrived at night. Parking and other things were a bit confusing because it was our first time. After a while, a staff member came to guide us and took the initiative to arrange a shuttle bus and carry our luggage. The front desk brother was also very patient. I booked a family room and asked if it could be upgraded. The brother patiently and apologetically explained why my room could not be upgraded. It was my fault. Haha, the room is very big and has a super big balcony. Because my child has just become an adult, I booked a family room. The room has two single beds, which is actually enough for sleeping! It's just that the toilet and bathroom are separated, which may not be too convenient for girls. The bathroom is very large with a bathtub and shower, and it's very comfortable to take a bath! The room also has a stereo that can connect to the phone to listen to music via Bluetooth. It's also very quiet to sleep at night, but the pillow is a bit too soft, and my husband has a stiff neck! The breakfast on the second day was quite rich, but it costs 140 yuan for a single person to add a meal. I personally feel that it is not very cost-effective, and the cost performance is not high, but there is no way for the three of us to add it! The milk in the breakfast coffee machine was gone and no staff added it in time. Some of the freshly made ones were empty, and the chef came after a long time. The only heartwarming thing was that when I added it, the front desk brother repeatedly confirmed with me whether I wanted to add it, and it could not be refunded if it was added! If you order takeout, there is a delivery robot at the front desk to help deliver it, but it is too slow, so I went to the front desk to get it myself. The hotel environment is very good in the morning or evening, you can take a walk, there is a swimming pool, and a gym. When I checked out the next day, I forgot the Chinese medicine I took in the hotel refrigerator. Later, I called and said that I would come back to pick it up. When I went to get it, the little sister at the front desk said that she still put it in the refrigerator for me. I was very touched at the time. It was so thoughtful. Thank you!

This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

We spent 3 nights at the Fairmont on Yangcheng Lake recently the second week of Chinese New Year. The hotel and accomodation was excellent. We were kindly upgraded to the Fairmont Gold floor and were fantastically looked after by the team there. The rooms were large, with good facilities and quality finishing (loved the shower especially). The hotel has massive gardens and outdoor activities to do (we did some Archery) and is linked to a farm as well. It also has an indoor pool and gym area too. With the weather so cold the outdoor activities were limited (no Kayaking etc). It would have been good if they had a table tennis / pool table / darts area for indoor activities. With the location there are no supermarkets or restaurants near by so you are restricted to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was expansive and great quality. The room service options were varied and good quality and they did have a Chinese restaurant open each night. The buffet restaurant is only open at night on the weekend. If we came again we would come in warmer weather when the water sports were open and the outdoor pool was open to really get the most out of the stay.

Great value. Rooms are spacious and clean, convenient location. Would recommend and will come back again.

This quaint B&B is amazing! Its architectural style is very unique and full of historical traces, making people feel as if they have traveled back to ancient times. Everything in the room is so exquisite, from furniture to decoration, it gives people a strong sense of simplicity. In addition, the service of the B&B is also very thoughtful, and the staff are very warm and friendly, making people feel at home. Staying here for a night is really unforgettable. I highly recommend this B&B, and I believe that everyone who comes here will leave with good memories.

The room is very satisfactory. It is right to choose the Crowne Plaza parent-child room when traveling with children in summer. The oversized bathtub 🛁, tent 🏕️, chalk writing board, and children's toiletries set are all very satisfactory. The service maintains the five-star level. The front desk guide is very patient. The customer service center provides bath towel delivery service in the evening, which is also fast and polite. I saw the brand name Zhu Zhengyuan. Thanks to the waiter. Parents with children on the way will be very grateful when they meet patient and professional waiters. The breakfast is very satisfactory, with rich categories. If there is no food, the waiter will add it quickly. Thank you. I will stay here next time
