Because of the business trip, I booked this hotel. The hotel is very close to Kunshan South Station, and it only takes about ten minutes by taxi. It is about ten minutes' walk from Huanghe Road Snack Street and Golden Eagle, which is quite convenient. This is an old star hotel in Kunshan City. Except that the equipment and decoration of the room are a bit old, everything else is available. The most surprising thing is the beautiful front desk lady ”He Jiangxin” who checked in on the first day. Maybe it was because I stayed for three consecutive nights. She upgraded me from the original executive king room to the executive suite. The space is really large. Next time I come to Kunshan for business, I will continue to choose to stay here.

Wanqing is the newer B&B next door. The two are next to each other, with the same entrance and 9 rooms. Fanli is the owner's own house) The main reason for choosing this one at that time was very interesting, because there was no air conditioning and water heater in the picture, and it was speculated that it used central air conditioning and centralized hot water system. Combined with the house area, it was speculated that the specifications were relatively high. Hehe, in fact, it confirmed the guess. Parking is in the free Fuguiyuan parking lot, but it was unavailable when I arrived in the afternoon. The store directed me to the Dongzhuang parking lot, 20 per time, and the store helped me out. (Don't follow the local old lady, you may park too far away) There are golf carts to pick up and drop off for check-in and check-out, which is very convenient. The hotel is near the ticket gate of Shenting, which avoids the pain of dragging suitcases when staying in the scenic area, and provides another choice (the store buys tickets for 90 yuan, and you can go to the ticket gate to choose the inn to pay for it. The ticket can be entered and exited freely for three days. If you are not interested in visiting the scenic spot in the afternoon, you can not buy tickets, go in at 9 pm to see the night view, and enter the park before 7 am to stroll without buying tickets) Walking in Shenting, I accidentally found that the room names of the B&B correspond to the eight scenic spots of Zhouzhuang. Ours is ”Ji Shui Yang Fan”, the owner is thoughtful. The small courtyard of the B&B has fish ponds and so on. The new courtyard on the Wanqing side has a bit of Tang style, and there is a big moon where you can try ”Three People in the Shadow”. The cat is called Chou Bao. The B&B does not have breakfast, but there is a restaurant next door where you can have breakfast. The socks bottom pastry is provided in the Mulan Restaurant in the scenic spot. The environment is also good. I like the second floor.

The parking lot leads to the hotel to the left and right. One side leads to the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and the other side leads to the lobby on the second floor. You don't need a shuttle bus to walk a short distance. . The uncle at the lobby entrance and the girl at the front desk who handles the check-out have a good service attitude. . The balcony in the room is very pleasantly surprised. It is super large and has a right angle to the lake view. The toilet is a closed independent location. I haven't found it when I just entered. The TV also has multilingual satellite channels. The only dissatisfaction is that the hair dryer is too old. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Zhouzhuang and get milk tea takeaway.

I took my kids on a summer trip. At first, I booked the wrong room package and couldn't cancel it. Later, Xiao Guo from the front desk of the hotel was very helpful and helped to solve the problem. On the day of check-in, the hotel also upgraded our room and recommended nearby attractions and food. I really appreciate the help provided by this hotel. I recommend everyone to stay here and feel the warm service.

This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

We spent 3 nights at the Fairmont on Yangcheng Lake recently the second week of Chinese New Year. The hotel and accomodation was excellent. We were kindly upgraded to the Fairmont Gold floor and were fantastically looked after by the team there. The rooms were large, with good facilities and quality finishing (loved the shower especially). The hotel has massive gardens and outdoor activities to do (we did some Archery) and is linked to a farm as well. It also has an indoor pool and gym area too. With the weather so cold the outdoor activities were limited (no Kayaking etc). It would have been good if they had a table tennis / pool table / darts area for indoor activities. With the location there are no supermarkets or restaurants near by so you are restricted to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was expansive and great quality. The room service options were varied and good quality and they did have a Chinese restaurant open each night. The buffet restaurant is only open at night on the weekend. If we came again we would come in warmer weather when the water sports were open and the outdoor pool was open to really get the most out of the stay.

Great value. Rooms are spacious and clean, convenient location. Would recommend and will come back again.
