Zhouzhuang Shuangqiao Jubaoxuan Riverside Garden Inn Reviews

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedding was quite comfortable. We had a two nights stay and we slept well. They gave us free bottles of water. The person in charge came to greet us on the parking and helped us to get into the village. He was very helpful when we had to find a taxi at the time of our departure. He stayed with us till the taxi arrived. It was quite calm in the room even if the hotel is located nearby the twin bridges. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

We took a taxi from Suzhou to the hotel. We were stopped by security at the gate to enter the hotel. After security let us through, our taxi was stopped 500m from the hotel. We had a lot of luggages to have to walk 500m to get to the hotel. We had tried to cancel the accommodation but not able to get a refund. Definitely avoid

We stayed here for one night as we were on a road trip and needed a place to sleep. The hotel was inside the Watertown and close to all the entertainment so for that reason it was very convenient. During our stay, it was very cold and the AC was not able to keep us warm, even with the AC at 30 degrees , so we had to sleep in layers of clothes to stay warm. The room was a very traditional style room with a wonderful patio out back. The owner was very nice to us but spending the night trying to stay warm was not nice. Maybe it would have better in the summer months.

The boss came out to pick us up and bought tickets for Zhouzhuang on his behalf. The owner also owns a restaurant. He brought us there and offered discounts. We didn’t have to worry about the food being defective. The food was very good.

This time I booked two rooms at once, one for each of my friends. They were all taking their children out to play. The location was easy to find. It was in the scenic spot. The boss was very nice and answered all my questions. The room was very clean and tidy. There is a small courtyard. It is very comfortable to drink tea and relax. I am very satisfied. I will come again next time.

Parking is free, and they helped us book tickets at discounted prices. They introduced places to eat that are very cost-effective. I especially like their Wansan Ho. It has no sweet taste and is fresh and soft. I will stay here next time.
