A bit far from downtown but nice garden

The city view from the hotel room, with the lake view is priceless. It's ±30 minutes from the train station, Kunshan South Railway Station. Couldn't hear the train passing when we in our room. Honestly, I couldn't have never asked for a gateway in nature; yet Closeto the city. Went down town for dinner at a German restaurant and drinks at a bar. Spoke English and I made a new friend, he is sooooo cute, 🐕

Exceptional weekend outside of Shanghai, and its just a subway stop (Guangming Road, Line 11) and a short cab ride away. A good chunk of the wetlands is in the hotel vicinity, a good walk or bike ride can still be done by anyone. Yes, there's a railway system nearby, and the trains do get loud when they pass, but not a deal breaker. Buffet dinner was good, buffet breakfast was ok. Most cost effective trip I've taken for a long time. Much thanks to George for his awesome service.

Very nice hotel, located in a small wetlands, perfect to go out early and photograph some birds. Good breakfast, only a few western choices, but overall more then enough. Only disadvantage is, it is located in between two train tracks (which are quite close to the hotel), but at night there are no trains.

The room is large, the bedding is clean, the comfort is OK, the facilities are old, and the water in the wash basin is not flowing. The external environment is very good, and there are many activities for children. Dinner is only buffet (168/person) and there is no other choice.

The environment in the wetland is particularly good, suitable for a family to wash their lungs. Because there are not many people and cars, it is more suitable to bring children to ride a bike!

The first-line lake view can be enjoyed while lying on the bed. The room is large enough to play badminton. You can also move the small table to the balcony to relax and have a good time. A holiday trip that exceeded my expectations. Xiaohongshu mentioned that the park where the hotel is located is close to the high-speed rail, and I was worried about the noise of the high-speed rail, but there was no noise at all. Although I accompanied the whole process this time, the teacher said that it can be used for hosting. The classroom is not big but has everything. At the beginning of the course, the teacher will first do science popularization indoors, then explore outdoors, and finally return to the indoors to complete the handicrafts, and also issue certificates to the children with a sense of ceremony. It is worth praising that the teacher couldn't answer the questions raised by the children during the indoor science popularization. After returning to the indoors after the outdoor exploration, the teacher actually found the children very seriously and told the children the answers he had learned through inquiries. Because the hotel is located in the wetland park and the location is relatively remote, meals can only be solved in the hotel. We solved it in the restaurant B1 in the guest room center throughout the whole process. The takeaway software can only deliver crayfish and barbecue, and there are no restaurants around. There is a Qiaoyuan Hotel in the wetland, but I haven't experienced it. Service When there was a problem with the room, the staff member Jason actively followed up late at night, and responded and handled it very quickly. During the process, he found mosquitoes in the room and sent a bottle of floral water. There was also a follow-up to inquire about the stay experience, and promptly informed that the hotel had been fed back to the guest's suggestions. Miss Nora in the Cute Pet Park is very gentle like a big sister next door. Teacher Angel in the Exploration Nature Classroom patiently and carefully led the children to explore. There is also the lecturer whose name I don't remember, the two young ladies who did the lacquer fan DIY, the tour bus driver, and the two security uncles at Gate 3. They are also very good and enthusiastic. Finally, the hotel has a flaw. Due to its geographical location, it seems to be surrounded by a railway line, which is relatively noisy.

People who need quietness should try to choose a south-facing room.
