Hotel is situated inside the gates of Zhouzhuang. It's a beautiful mix of ancient architecture and modern conveniences. Our experience with the day time staff of three young girls was exceptional and unparalleled. I've stayed at hotels that cost several times that of this one and never had such amazing service. They were very friendly, always ready to assist and smiled everytime we walked by. Always doing everything within their power to accommodate us. Their names are, 一夏, 三七 and 小赵. Definitely recommend this place for a great experience and great value!

A very pleasant experience passed in the hotel, authentic Jiangnan style layout and decoration. Kindly hospitality and cute cat at reception. recommend to all voyagers in ZHOU zhuang.

Air conditioning did not work. Friendly staff moved us to a different room which was damp and the TV did not work. Breakfast arrived on a tray in the morning ~ like returning to quarantine. Friendly staff helped us find our way around and looked after our bags. Hotel was obviously very grand in its early days, perfect location but has been left unattended.

A very old building in an amazing little water town. The room was not super modern but that was the charm of the experience. A unique hotel. I'd stay there again.

The service attitude is very good and friendly. At the beginning, we went in the wrong direction, and the lady walked very far to pick us up. She was very patient and enthusiastic. The environment is beautiful and it is in a busy neighborhood, which is very convenient.

The disadvantage of this type is that the sound insulation is not good. The service is great. It was about to rain when we left, and they helped us carry our luggage to the gate of the scenic area. I paid extra to upgrade to a suite, which was very nice. It was spacious and bright, and the air conditioning was also very good. However, the sound insulation could be upgraded. I could hear the people playing cards next door clearly. The view of the small courtyard was also good, suitable for taking photos. This is the warmest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is not only a short stay for tourism, but also feels like going home. I was not familiar with the road when entering the scenic area, so I sent a message to the hotel. The little brother came out to pick us up. After entering the door, the hotel did not provide ice water, but warm water. This is considerate and meticulous service. The little brothers helped us deliver the luggage to the room. The air conditioner was already turned on. They are always thinking about customers and serving customers wholeheartedly. Take the children out to take pictures, and the front desk prepared mosquito repellent stickers. A small travel guide was also given. Every detail is in place. Living in a 130-year-old house, let the children understand the construction of houses in ancient times and understand history. Because the time was in a hurry this time, I didn't have time to have a good chat with the hotel manager to learn more about the history of Zhouzhuang. The play was very brief. If you come to live here, I suggest you talk to the manager. It is definitely a living map and a qualified guide. You will have more fun. I didn't have time to ask the manager's name, but I want to thank the manager. If you want to score, the hotel is full marks and the manager is also full marks💯.

Very special experience, the old house of a wealthy family, the quaint hotel. Complete facilities, thoughtful service. I also received a cute little gift when I left. It is rare to preserve such a complete old house. P.S., the hotel is also very close to the entrance of Zhouzhuang, and the breakfast is delicious!

The quaint house shows the characteristics of Zhouzhuang Ancient Town. The decoration inside the store is very beautiful and has a unique sense of design. We took a lot of photos in the courtyard. The special plus is the hotel's customer service staff, who are warm and thoughtful, and meticulous. The service attitude of the girl and the guy at the front desk was very good. They specially came to the gate of the scenic spot to pick us up on a rainy day. They also changed the room for us because they were worried that the elderly would not sleep well at night. I especially like the alley at the door and the "Sanmao Tea House" diagonally opposite.
